I ordered the 6 pc chicken and 6 pc chicken tender family meal and requested potato wedges and Mac and cheese as my side, they gave me my order and they gave me corn and coleslaw as a side. When I went back through the drive through to tell them my order was wrong that’s when she said there was no Mac and cheese and potato wedges but she didn’t tell me when I placed the order?? I was also missing sauce so she told me to pull around (she had an attitude the whole time) and I waited at the window and she never came. There was also fingerprints on my biscuits, the chicken was stringy, unflavored and old, and the chicken tenders were tiny. Don’t go here the workers are lazy, ignorant, and rude.

Ordered The $20 meal online which I have been ordering for the last couple months. As I pull up to the drive-through, she proceeds to tell me that the drive-through equipment is not working and I need to come in. I informed her that I already placed an order and she told me to pull around. She then hands me my order and I check it and two items are missing. Not only did she not tell me that, but when I tried to get her attention through the window, she ignored me. So I ended up going inside to let her know that items were missing. She then proceeds to tell me that one of the items they were out of and that the meal does not come with biscuits. I pull up my order history in the app and show her that each time that I’ve ordered this meal it’s come with biscuits. Even if that were true, why not just use the biscuits as a replacement for the items that they did not have? Anyhow, she proceeds to argue with me and then at this point, I asked for a refund which she informed me I needed to call corporate to get a refund for $26. I then asked for her manager and she tells me she can just give me his name and not his phone number. Please tell me exactly what I can do with the name? I don’t even know why this place is still open. It appears they don’t have the basic necessities to run the business properly. I will not be going back.

Panera Bread foods are great! When there was a bad snow and ice storm in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Every place to eat was closed except Panera Bread, Waffle House, SHEETZ, and Wa Wa. Panera Bread came through with a satified stomach.

Went To Order Chicken Wings And They Were Out Of Them. Bought A 2 Piece Side Was Fries. Fries Were Rubbery And Chicken Had No Flavor Once So Ever.

WOW. New level of terrible for KFC. I ordered online and took 28 minutes to get a basic combo. The sides were cold the Mac and cheese and tasted weird and stale. The chicken was undercooked and the breading fell right off the chicken. The biscuits were so undercooked they were still half-dough. There was seemingly only one guy actually working and he seemed high. They also forgot my sauces and drinks I paid extra for, I got my drinks after asking for them, but unfortunately didn’t think to check for my sauces until after I’d already left.

They forgot my drink and they wouldn’t help me out the lady was rude just because I asked for my drink that I had already paid for. If they don’t like working with costumer service maybe should find some where else to work.

Decent food. Nite shift crew is great. Daphne who works the front counter 6 days a week is awesome. She always make sure order is correct and is super courteous. Can be a very long wait at times. Daphne is expected to take order and make the food. Overall not bad.

SPENT OVER 18 MIN WAITING FOR A POT PIE TO BE COOKED AFTER RECIEVING IT AND GOING BACK TO WORK IT WAS NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY. TOP WAS STILL DOUGHY AND THE VEG WERE NOT COOKED. COULD EVEN GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE . NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. AND SINCE I SPENT MY WHOLE LUNCH HOUR WAITING FOR IT. I CAN’T GO OUT AND GET ANYTHING ELSE SO I’M GUESS NO LUNCH FOR ME TODAY!!!!!!
