The service was exceptional and then they created the most beautiful Pepperoni and Cheese Stuffed Crust Pizza I have ever laid eyes on. When I made it home we didn’t waste much time before we devoured the Stuffed Crust Beauty. It was not only beautifully prepared, it tasted just as fantastic. We all agreed that it was the best pizza any of us had the privilege of devouring in awhile. Thank you to all the amazing employees that made the entire experience so amazing and for providing the best pizza !

How are you going to take off the ability to pay in the store online, and then your employees are begging for tips? You don’t pay them enough? The cashier going to tap on the tip screen like I have to tip to pick up my order, she can’t cash out unless I put something there I will not tip and do all the work you guys can’t even make our pizza good why tip you? The food was hot and prepared properly. With the 50% off a large Pepperoni Lovers Pan with e tra cheese was a little over $12. That is a great value. Thisnwas my first purchase from this location, and I will be back.

(online order picked up in store.) Well cooked, wings are juicy not over powering either. Fry’s are actually really good, They weren’t super greasy nor crunchy but very good. The pizza is delicious, the right amount of garlic butter on the crust could use a little bit more cheese (I ordered extra as well) other then that absolutely great!

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager Amanda is one of the worst service workers I’ve ever encountered in my life. We found THREE hairs in our food, and when we nicely called to figure out a solution, she started calling us liars and telling us it could have never happened. Then when we were obviously distraught to her yelling at us, she proceeded to hang up on us. We lost out on $50 of food due to this. Not to mention when picking it up, there were countless health violations that are a ticking time-bomb for this location. DO NOT EAT HERE

RON is the ABSOLUTE BEST of all time! Such professionalism and genuine attention to consumers. All faith was lost in this location until we ran into RON. We spent over $56 and our food was A1 quality. Pizzas pippin hot and flavorful in addition to to our bread sticks and sweet treat cinnamon treats. Please uplift RON he is in charge and handling the load exclusively and doing a superb job. I DO NOT give positive reviews often so this man deserves a standing ovation. Give him a raise NOW!

Excellent experience both times I’ve been here. After moving to Columbus in 2021, I’ve noticed many places don’t even say hello, let alone thank you. But not here. The staff at this Pizza Hut were courteous, fast, and actually made me feel welcome. That shouldn’t be rare — but it is — and this location gets it right. Great food, great people. Thank you!

We’ve always had a good experience with this Pizza Hut and the food was always good. However, this time it was horrible. There was dirt on the mushrooms and pizza. It was ridiculous. I work in food service and if you know anything about food you should wash the vegetables you put on anything and this was clearly a case where they did not. It was disgusting
