Ordered take out on uber eats for the deal. Chicken is well cook and seasoning. A bit greasy for the hot honey tenders but the other flavors is good per usual. Fries r delicious, veggie stick is fresh. Worth the deal.

This is ridiculous, I asked for it to be well done and it was not instead it was cold and drowned in sauce which was saggy as if they had the wings already ready and just toss the sauce ontop and not even heat it up. DO NOT COME HERE it’s nasty. Also the fries were so stale and over cooked. This isn’t the first time and it will be the last time. Buffalo spot it is.

The food is so nasty. Now you to order through the phone/AI which takes too much time it always gets my order wrong. I had to order in person and said well done and it wasnt all the way done and not seasoned. This food is too expensive for the workers not to care enough to cook it correctly

I consider myself a frequent customer, I love wings, but yesterday they disappointed me, I went to buy a combo of wings at 11:40pm since they stop serving at 12am, the cashier told me in 18 minutes your order is ready, but what was it? My shock was that they delivered the combo to me 4 minutes after ordering it, when I got home the wings were all cold, most likely they gave me leftover wings from some combo, since they would never be well fried in 4 minutes, totally disappointing that the staff do this to close quickly. They have lost a customer at this Rosecrant and Pioneer branch.

I can’t decide what part is worse.! The fact that it will cost you almost $30 for 15 wings or that my order of 15 bone-in and 5 boneless wings only comes with ONE ranch. Yes the wings are good but come on, talk about taking advantage of the situation.

This Wingstop is my go to when ordering from their site. I’ve tried many wing places but Wingstop is still #1. Always fresh and wings always have a nice coat of the flavor I choose. About half the time I end up getting 1 or 2 wings extra which hey I’ll take it. It might be a wing weight thing but I’m not complaining. This place always has my order within the time the email says it will be done, even during times they are busy. Never had any problems and the staff is very nice. It’s also very clean. Most of the time I see the staff wiping down all the surfaces. If you have a wing kick, Wingstop in general has never disappointed but this location in particular I feel has bigger wings and get extra wings here and there.

CUSTOMER Service is trash , The manager with pink hair is so rude and didn’t care about our concerns . Waited 40 minutes for an order that we placed 40 minutes before on the phone . We even paid for the order and they kept telling us that they were bagging it , when I get up again to ask after several minutes they say they are waiting on the fries but YET every customer left except US . They didn’t help us nor treated us decently . I even told her hey , what’s going on with our order it’s too long and all she said ” idk I wasn’t here so idk ” like girl you are a manager and All you going to respond is idk while I m over here telling you our issue . WINGSTOP MAnagement sucks . She didn’t even TELL me her name when ask . She has pink hair and wears a mask . Happened at 10/01/23 @ exactly 8:27pM when requested a refund . As a manager she lacks customer service skills . hoW can you be a manager when you ain’t a people person .RUDE RUDE take your service somewhere PEOPLE & I wasn’t going to write a review but HER specific Attitude towards us & how she talked so bad to us instead of helping us with our order made me write it , im shock this supposedly manager couldn’t even resolve an issue . Not even an apology just ignoring us & saying idk idk
