We enjoyed our time. There was my friend’s birthday and she enjoyed herself. It was a beautiful surprise for her. The food was delicious. The service was great. Our waitress was awesome and um, I just can’t say more, but it was just really, really good when it comes to the expresso martinis, they were delicious!

Service? It’s obvious the owner/manager expects top notch customer service. From the moment we entered till the time we left, we were treated with high quality service. The ambiance is that if a five star establishment one goes to when celebrating a special occasion. That said, expect to pay a pretty penny for your meal and drinks. As for the food, it’s not worth the price you pay, in both portion size AND taste. They have gone above and beyond to make this more of your typical pretentious and Instagram’able establishment. That said, I had a fantastic time sitting at the bar and enjoying nice company. The bartender was very patient and friendly.

I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch – friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.
The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, with a warm and inviting decor that set the tone for a great meal. And the food was great!
On another note:
We would suggest to have heated plates for the cuts as they get cold quickly, the Dino ribs were a little overcooked, but tasted great with the mashed potatoes.
There is no baby changing station. I would really appreciate one.
But overall great experience, would definitely recommend.

First time at this restaurant for a business dinner. The service was impeccable from start to end. From the moment I made the reservation to the moment we paid our check. Our server Jimmy was attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu items. He provided great recommendations for the appetizers and main dishes. The only thing that took us by surprise was the level of spiciness of the ribeye agua chile but it is not the restaurant’s fault but ours by not asking how spicy was the dish. (if you are not into hot spicy dishes make sure you order something else…the ribeye agua chile will make you sweat). Jimmy constantly made sure everyone’s glasses were full and that the guests requests were fulfilled in a timely manner. The meeting room did provide a comfortable level of noise reduction from the rest of the restaurant. We have been at other restaurants where meeting room is still extremely noisy considering the doors were closed. The restaurant’s decor and ambiance is well executed. I definitely recommend this restaurant for your special occasion or event.

A huge shoutout to our waitress, Diana — she was so kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her service truly made our visit special.

First time at RU and we’ll be back! We had a reservation for 6:30 and about 15 min before we got a text that our table was ready. Our server Alina was phenomenal and very attentive. The food was fresh and not a long wait at all. We enjoyed the tostada augachiles, ribeye, and fettuccine (I asked for lobster instead of the shrimp and it was delicious). Overall we had an excellent experience and would definitely visit again.

RU was absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I had the chicken poblano pasta, and it was perfectly creamy, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. I also tried the mixed fried rice, which was super filling and packed with flavor. Every bite was delicious.
The drinks were truly top tier! I ordered a carajillo, and the bartender did an excellent job. It was smooth, perfectly balanced, and one of the best I’ve had. Between the food, drinks, and overall vibe, this place definitely lives up to a 5-star experience. Prices were a little outrageous but can’t deny it was an overall amazing experience.
