One of the older Dairy Queen locations so its kinda small inside. This location used to be thought of as “dumpy”. No!! It was very clean!! The staff is very friendly and courteous. Service was fast and accurate. I must say, the blizzards were much better than the busier location a few miles away.
Don’t let past perceptions steer you away from this DQ. I’d rather go to this location. Less crowded, friendlier staff, and better products. Worth stopping!!

Delicious food served fast and friendly workers who have been there for awhile. They get to know who you are and remember how you like things if you’re specific about things. Blizzards are the best and they flip them in front of you EVERY time. Rotisserie chicken bites are tender and beyond delicious MUST TRY!

They make dilly bars in house and they make them vegan friendly. I’m allergic to milk so it’s nice I can still enjoy a cold treat with my family. Thanks for thinking of those of us with milk allergies! It is so appreciated!
To the amazing staff who dealt with ballerinas for two hours, your hard work and patience under fire does not go unnoticed. You took care with each child’s order and had really good team work the way you all trudged through the orders and finding the right bun headed child. To the employee running the register and restocking I spoke to for a moment, you are a real jem and you a leader, willing to do what it takes and your attitude and talking to you made my day even better. I forgot your name but not your face and if you see this give yourself a pat on the back because you are going places and your attitude is going to take you far in life as you are easily not replaceable whatever you decide to do! Props to the whole crew that night!

You can always tell when it’s a nice day in central PA..lines at the ice cream stores are out the door. The store was crazy busy but handled everything well. They probably could have done with a other employee or two but honestly once I ordered I had my ice cream within two minutes (probably less). There was someone cleaning and emptying trash which was good because the place had been slammed. I wasnt thrilled with my choice of blizzard but that’s on me not them. My girls loved theirs.

Great Dairy Queen! Staff always friendly and even when busy quick service for your meals and desserts. Always hot and fresh food and great DQ ice cream treats. Plenty of parking too. Clean and well kept location. Nice selection of ice cream cakes already made to pick up and affordable prices too. Highly recommended!

Ice cream is great. The kids that work here are always pretty police and seem to be trying to do a good job. The lobby has not seen a remodel in many years, yet it is not to bad. Not to rundown. On visual inspection I did see a lot of flies and I was not looking for insects dust or anything to suspect poor hygiene. After I seen the first one flying around I spotted 5 more. Great place for ice cream good staff. Outdated lobby and questionable hygiene practice.
