I come to this Dunkin’ often. So making this review is based off of multiple interactions. I’m always very polite whenever a correction is needed. So there is no reason to ACT like you fixed an order YOU guys didn’t make correctly. Instead you give me the same drink back i asked you to correct just removed the sticker off the drink. I know what my normal drink taste like. Maybe having a bunch of young people run the facility is not what’s best, or make sure they are actually listening to what the customer is asking for and actually give what I’m paying for. If i didn’t have work i would have turn around and got them to remake it. But the line was already super long.

This location needs to hire more qualified staff. To the dark haired caramel skinned female, who was operating the drive-through this morning who said “there’s nothing I can do about it“ that is unacceptable customer service and this is coming from a store leader in retail. There is a better way to have handled yourself. I’m beginning to think the long line through the drive-through this morning was due to her inability to remain professional and do her job appropriately. I pass two Dunkin’ Donuts and will continue to go to these Dunkin instead of this one thank you.

I used to have come into this location. I pass it every day going to work. And I don’t know if they’re under new management or what? But the lines are literally always wrapped around the building, and the people. The team just seems to move super slow. The drive through is ridiculous. I don’t know if they are paying attention to that. And even the customer service has gone down. I ordered food a couple of times and it was completely burned and I was told that that’s how it’s supposed to look. So I hope that this Location gets better

Adalyn in the night crew consistently has excellent customer service and our order is always correct & fresh. My fiancé and I come almost every night around 3-4am. In comparison to some other night staff, she is our favorite and we love when she’s working!

I usually try to keep my reviews positive but every now and then I have an experience that irritates me to my core. I have to just tell it how it is.
I will not return to this location. I’m not sure who hired this staff but the girls who do the drive through there have the least amount of patience and are extremely rude. I don’t give people a hard time because I’ve worked in the service industry many moons ago! I expect that my kindness be reciprocated but more over I expect respect as a paying customer!
My more recent visit I drove out of the line after being snapped on by the employee for asking for my coffee to be hot, not iced as she dictated back to me. She huffed extremely aggressively and said “IS THAT IT?”
Unacceptable! Like I said, I won’t be back.

Came in today to get a large iced caramel macchiato and they handed me the drink in the drive thru with coffee completely covering the lid, and I tried to clean it with napkins and it spilt all over my lap. Went inside and said they shouldn’t have let it overfill like that and spill on me, and the very rude associate yelled at me and said “there’s nothing wrong with it, if you want it remade that’s different but it wasn’t made wrong and you’re not gonna come in here and throw it in my face.” I paid 7 and a half dollars for a messy coffee that spilt all over me? That’s not 7$ quality. You can watch the cameras, I threw nothing at her, she came at me completely confrontational when I could’ve been dealt with nicely. How hard is it to say “yes, I’ll remake that for you”? I come here every week and I spend 50-70$. I’m a regular and you’re supposed to treat us with care, yet she yelled at me and was completely rude. In front of an entire lobby of people. What an embarrassment. Since I tried talking and I was rudely shut up, I have reported this to corporate. And I made sure to specify who was rude with me, and gave them my time of visit and what outfit I was wearing so they know who to talk with. Maybe next time choose kindness first and not confrontation.

We come pretty often, I have a toddler that loves their Strawberry frosted doughnuts… Their donuts are always so fresh. I always get an iced caramel macchiato, they never disappoint!!

I stopped by today for a French Vanilla Latte, and Kelsie absolutely nailed it best one yet! She was really sweet and kept such a positive attitude, even with how busy it was. She made sure everyone was helped quickly and kindly. Great job, Kelsie!

Went in this morning with my daughter after receiving my order I saw they forgot my daughter’s food. I went back in spoke to Jenna and she was very rude gave me a dirty look as if I was bothering her. She gave me another bag so I walked out only to find out it wasn’t what we had ordered. I just left due to her attitude I didn’t want to go back in and talk to her so she can give me attitude again. Jenna you’re rude a simple smile and good morning goes a long way.

Amy is the best! She always has a smile and a happy demeanor no matter what time and she ALWAYS makes sure she is handing out good product. I ordered online and by the time I got there my cold foam had melted. Before even opening the window in the drive thru, she looked at it and fixed it. She’s always so sweet. This location has had some miserable employees and Amy is just refreshing and wonderful!
