We are a mobile food truck that sells smothered brats and tots. The tots and sauces are homemade. If you like spicy and tasty follow us around town. We are known for fusing Latin flavors with comfort food. We are always experimenting with new sauces and topping for our delicious homemade tots and locally sourced brats and hot links. We have expanded our menu to give a variety of options for Vegans, Vegitarian and our Gluten Free customers.

Local food truck. We tried by Akibara arcade event. It was cold, service was good and told us to go back inside and come back after five minutes. Delicious totsand small size is actually pretty large portion!

In an alternate universe, where sliced bread was never a thing, there is a saying, “This is the best thing since El Jefe’s Brats and Tots.”
This scene takes place at Westminster’s Tree Lighting Ceremony. From the moment I walked up to this food truck, I knew it was meant to be by the vibes alone. Two luchadores greeted me at the window in superhero style. I asked if they could make something vegan and gluten-free, and they were happy to oblige. I ended up ordering the Colorado Tots with vegan green chile and vegan cheese, and the Currywurst for my husband. While I was waiting, which didn’t take long, I watched one of the chefs put the finishing touches on an order with a culinary blowtorch. Spectacular.
The weather was cold, but the tots were hot. The green chili was spicy and delicious, yet somehow didn’t make the tots soggy. The portion was perfect. Husband wasn’t sure about curry and brats, but now he is a believer.
Seriously, thanks to El Jefe’s for the delicious dinner and excellent customer service. They gave my husband and I the energy to entertain our toddler while we stood in line for forty minutes waiting for Santa. I will definitely be looking for this fantastic duo wherever food trucks dare to roam.

Had the Big Popper and King Tots. Everything was delicious.
King tots smothered in sausage gravy with cheese and crumbled bacon.
Big Popper was an amazing polish dog with cream cheese, great notes of sweet and spicy to accompany it.

My son and I checked out El Jefe’s parked just outside Twenty Brew Taphouse in Westminster at Sheridan and 112th. My son really liked his hot dog and my poutine tots were great. Gravy and cheese curds all over the tots!!! Crunchy tots not mushy tots. Check them out, we need to keep them in North Denver areas.
