Jackson’s is a hidden gem in Beaver County. The service staff is top notch. To name a few Kayla and Ebon behind the bar are fantastic. On the floor serving customers Kayleigh, Sidney, Michelle, Julie, and many others are amazing taking care of their customers providing excellent service. The food is top tier here! I had the pleasure of meeting one of the Chef’s ( Bailey) and I couldn’t be more impressed with how amazing her dish was she prepared for me and her passion for what she does! Also the manager ( Tammy) is the best and looks out for her customers and staff’s best interest’s. She has always done the right thing in my experiences being there for all.
My rating is 5⭐️!! — Thank you Jon M

What started out as a wonderful Valentine’s Day lunch turned into the worst $155 dollars I have ever spent. My steak was overcooked once and then undercooked the second time. They can tell I was upset but very calm about it. The manager came over and said “I’m only gonna charge you 50% for that steak sense you weren’t happy about it”. Between the food not being cooked properly and our waitress being an awful server, I can confidently say we will never be back to this restaurant again. I made sure to leave peacefully and still pay my check as I didn’t want to cause a scene. But they need to do better at this place as this is terrible service for people to spend so much money.

We had a delicious dinner and the server was great! The honey glaze chicken was very flavorful and the salmon was cooked perfect. To finish it all off, the dessert couldn’t have been better. The atmosphere was great and the place is very clean. It wasn’t overly crowded. We were seated right away. The whole meal with drinks and dessert was $120 and that included a 20% tip. Definitely worth stopping by and trying it out!

I was there on a night that was quite busy. Service was exceptionally slow. Our server was very nice, but I think she must’ve been new. Our reservation was at 7:15. We arrived on time but 9:05 we still did not have our food. It took us a very long time to get our initial beverages and to get our order in. Our food came out slow slowly one plate at a time, which is unacceptable when eating with eight people. We seated in an overflow banquet room that was quite chilly. 66° I had cold air blowing on me from event just above me. I asked as soon as I arrive to please make it warmer in the room. This never happened even though I asked repeatedly. I wore my coat throughout dinner. The food was average though presented well. I did like the fried brussels sprouts.

service was good, atmosphere pleasant. Food was average at best. prices were way out of line. I ordered Bolgeonaise with veal, sausage etc. I had to search for my protiens. Very little sauce for the wide soup noodles served. No salad or soup included in my meal which should always compliment a pasta dish. Sorry to say yet again another miss in Beaver County.

Most of the food was excellent. We had 4 appetizers, 2 salads, 2 entrees and three drinks – for about $105. Seemed reasonable. Everything was good to great except the fried brussel sprouts. The breads and spreads are excellent. Steak tips excellent. Crab cake excellent – except I would get the sauce on the side next time. Shrimp pasta excellent and lettuce wedge perfection.

Second visit we had the Greek salad, pepperoni pizza, focaccia sampler, oil poached swordfish and again the lettuce wedge. You see they changed the presentation of the lettuce wedge – disappointing. Besides that everything was excellent except the focaccia sampler. One piece had whole pepper corns and one piece had overpowering mustard. Since again the food was mostly good no change in my previous rating. Also the staff was excellent and very attentive. The drinks were also perfect.

The staff here is absolutely terrible. Won’t speak, so slow. Fake food. Their “omelet” is just the buffet egs over top of cold meat and veggies.

One of the best filets I’ve ever had. Very good and done perfectly. The waitress was personable and attentive but not too attentive.. overall, good experience and I’d go back.

Surprising great!
We just stop overnight here at the hotel on the way from D.C. to Chicago, and didn’t expect a lot besides of any cities here, just to bite something after the ride.
This restaurant is like a pearl in the middle of nowhere (sorry if someone feels offended ) and we are happy to have stopped here. Our experience was great! I wasn’t very hungry so I ordered two starters instead of a “full” dish – one too much! The portion are really good and much bigger than expected. My husband took the filet mignon only and it was enough for him.
My tuna tartar as well as the pumpkin salat was fine presented on plate, had an intensive fresh aroma and tasted delicious even if I would never combine tuna & sweet papers, but it works good!
The house wine was good enough and with 8€ a nice offer.
All in one – we appreciated the meal, the service, the modern design and the wine and we clear recommend this place!
Our warmest thanks to the cooking & service team
