Walked in and there was no one here so I had to go outside and look for an employee. I saw a guy outside in a waffle house uniform. So I told him I wanted some food and I was hungry so he went inside and found someone, so after waiting for about 10 minutes finally I was seen by the cook. Put my order in. And the grits were really gross, tasted weird, looked weird. Small portions. I don’t recommend this location. Although Waffle house is a good bran i can’t reccomend coming here

I placed the order of my food The lady served my ticket verbally to the cook. 30 minutes later my food had been past to somebody else…
And I only had any of my food The waitress is discombobulated doesn’t know where my food is tries to hand me a cheesesteak dinner plate when I ordered an All-Star..
Just for me to find out my food hasn’t even been ordered they haven’t even cooked my food it’ll probably be another 30 damn minutes… I don’t know what the file function is with these waffle houses It’s like shovel the food to them it doesn’t matter what you give them It don’t even matter if it’s cooked..
I’m watching people who came in after me get their food….
People were shaking their heads they couldn’t believe it …
The worst part about it is this this waffle House isn’t even packed You just have four tickets and a cook that can’t keep up with four tickets. New waitresses that shouldn’t be here during this hour.
If I were you go to a different waffle House this one’s always discombobulated…
Besides that they just try to hand you whatever food they want to hand you It’s not what you ordered

In from out of town and hadn’t been to a Waffle House in a long time. Place was busy but staff was welcoming and on the move. Shortly after we sat down the got hammered with takeout/online orders. Angel was the man in charge running the show and handled it like a champ. Our food was a little slower to come out but they were hustling and acknowledged and apologized for the delay multiple times in the midst of preparing a ton of food. Once it came, everything was delicious and well made. The leadership and staff are a well-oiled machine. Good food and great people!

BEST FOOD IVE GOTTEN FROM WAFFLE HOUSE!!I went there at about 10 after two in the morning after placing an online order for a blueberry waffle with two eggs, grits, bacon, and raisin toast. It said there was an approximate 11 minute wait time and it took me just about 11 minutes to get there, and my food was ready and waiting for me when I walked in the door. I asked the server if I could please have butter and syrup and such and she had already had everything in the bag that I would’ve ever needed: four butters, three syrups, sugar packets for the grits (just in case I wanted it) and two packets of silverware. The only thing I needed to ask her for was apple butter and she gave me one for each piece of my toast, which was amazing! I came home and took pictures of the food because it just looked like it was going to be delicious. I wanted to put this review up before I didn’t do it and I’m getting ready to fall into a food induced coma. I highly recommend this restaurant anytime of day. They’ve never disappointed!

They don’t offer military discount. I’ve been to a lot of waffle houses. And they always offer a military discount. When looking online it says that waffle House normally offers a 10% military discount. The staff there was unsure about this discount. My suggestion is that management take a look into this matter and get it corrected. A 10% military discount for veterans is just something really Nice to offer. It also guarantees that I will eat there more than once. I support businesses that support the troops.
On that note I do have to remove 2 Stars.
One because they should offer the discount. Two because online says waffle House does offer the discount. And this is just a staff training issue. The girl asked the manager about the discount. And the manager had no clue. If she / the manager was unsure if they did a discount. A courtesy discount would have been nice and she could have looked it up later.
The reason why I’m removing a third star is because I had to ask for drink refills, no jelly was brought out with my toast or meal, one chocolate chip waffle had the perfect amount of chocolate chips and was perfect, the other one was like whatever is left in the bag. (Portion control issue) pictures of The waffles are available… The waitress that took our order I only saw come to my table two times. One was to take my order, the other was to give me the check. I know The manager seem to be taking the orders outside for peoples to go orders. She had to walk by us every time to get to the exit door. I kind of expected either the manager, or waitress to come and ask how is our meal. to check up on us at least. Especially considering I had an empty cup on the edge of the table the entire time, letting the waitress know I need a refill. You can see in the pictures that it was not that busy.
Positive things.
Drink refills were done by the cook, and he even gave me the jelly as well. He was working very hard. You can see him in the one picture at the grill wearing a blue hat. He did a good job. The waffles were golden, NOT burnt, THE BACON WAS COOKED PERFECTLY. Overall it’s not a bad place to eat. Definitely a good spot to go to after the bar. It did get really crowded when we were leaving. So if it’s crowded I would suggest find somewhere else to go. Because it wasn’t crowded when we got there. And I still had trouble getting my drink refilled etc…..

Had a very pleasant experience here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Not very busy, surprisingly. Staff was friendly and attentive. They were really sweet with my 3 year old.
Food is what you would expect, which is why I gave it a 5. I’d definitely go back if I am in the area.
Parking lot is nice and new. Seem to be plenty of parking even if it was busy.

Decently busy at the time I arrived, ordered drinks, then ordered food, waited an hour-still no food, was about to leave and was told food was almost ready. Also got served by a guy on his second day, barely understand how to write down the order, poor guy, awful cook.

The food was just ok..it’s not what it was years ago. The staff was just ok. Our server was attentive but lacked experience. Some parts of our order never arrived. It’s probably a training issue more than anything.

I like waffle house, this one specifically though I just had an iffy experience. The server wouldn’t stop asking us if we needed anything (which normally is good but not when its 3 times every 5 minutes). My food took quite a while to come out since the server took a good while to call the order to the chef. Then when I finally did recieve my food after everyone else in my party had finished theirs it was hot. (again normally fine but it was way to hot) I burned my tongue multiple times on the grits I did what I could to avoid it but we ended up deciding to just leave as soon as we could to stop hearing “do you guys need anything? are you sure? okay just let me know if you do. dont be scared to ask if you need anything alright?”
So its fine but definitely not the best service and maybe they need to put the grits heater on a lower setting
