Island Fish Grill delivered an incredible meal from start to finish. The dozen oysters were fresh and perfectly chilled, and the onion-crusted fish was outstanding with the fried spinach leaves and creamy mashed potatoes. We finished with a slice of key lime pie that was the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Paired everything with a smooth Malbec and left completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

Great place for fresh fish. 3 fresh catches daily and prepared in 3 different manners and sauces. Great white fish chowder. Other food choices also but fish is the headliner here. Full bar. Home made desserts. Nice ambiance. Small restaurant feel. Casual. Friendly service. Reasonable prices for fresh fish.

The food is amazing. Freshest seafood you can get and cooked to perfection. I had the crab cake for an app (loaded with blue crab; served on a delicious aioli); for entree I had the snapper (onion crusted) – it was so tasty!
The service was fantastic as well.
I go here every chance I get!

Islands Fish Grill is a small, cozy spot in Indialantic that fills up quickly — and with that comes a lively (sometimes loud) atmosphere once the tables fill.. but it’s worth the small distraction, as everything we tasted was incredibly fresh and worth the buzz.
Our server Miles was super charming, funny, and made the evening feel easy and fun. Service like that makes all the difference.
We started with oysters, and I love that they offer them in so many preparations. The raw were briny and bright and the broiled with spinach; I’d happily order again. The crab cakes were next-level — thick, rich, perfectly fried, generous and paired with basil pesto in more of a caprese style. Hands down, the best crab cakes I’ve EVER had.
For entrées, I went with the special: sheep’s head (don’t worry — it’s a fish, not an actual sheep’s head!). The fish was delicate and cooked beautifully, topped with an onion crust that came with a sauce so good they should be bottling and selling it. On the side, I had the fried spinach — which deserves its own standing ovation. It might honestly be the best spinach I’ve ever had cooked any way, anywhere.
The whole experience felt like one of those meals where every dish had a highlight, and I left already planning my return. Between the fresh seafood, a few unforgettable bites (that spinach and those crab cakes!), and Miles’ friendly charm, Islands Fish Grill is a gem I’ll be revisiting soon.

Islands Fish Grill is my favorite restaurant for fresh fish. I ordered the fresh catch of corvina prepared Cajun with a chipotle sauce and chose garlic parmesan grits and broccolini for my sides. This is my personal favorite! At a lot of places, you go just to eat. At Islands Fish Grill, you go to savor every bite! Of course you can’t go wrong with any of their desserts. I had the chocolate mousse with whipped cream, and it was smooth, rich, and delicious.
Service is always friendly and professional. Miles, thank you for making my birthday extra special.

Wife loves sea food me not so much but since you have to have sea food we went to Island fish grill.. they had one steak on the menu so I was satisfied. So first the steak review. Fabulous! Could not have been better
Now the sea food. My wife had the onion crusted snapper . Onion crusted is their speciality. According to my wife (better than Fabulous!! The veggies were superb and the key lime pie best I’ve ever had.

Had the $39 special. It was a good deal. Really fresh and excellent tasting meal. Some of the best fish chowder I’ve ever had. The sheephead fish was tasty with the jerk seasoning. Service was great but seemed slow. Maybe they just don’t rush people out. Will definitely come back.

Best restaurant in Melbourne by far. Onion crusted fresh catch with a citrus glaze just pairs so well together. All of the fish is freshly caught and delicious. The fried spinach is mind blowing. A little pricey but definitely worth it.
