I asked for ice in my cup of tea because it always comes out scalding hot and undrinkable. And every time they never add ice. So then I end up not being able to drink it before work because it takes forever to cool down and I waste money because I have to toss my tea because they can’t follow one simple direction. I even tipped $2. Honestly want a refund at this point because it’s getting ridiculous. Side note I burned the heck out of my mouth because the employee said oh yeah I get you it always does come out hot so I took a sip thinking that they fixed it. They never do.

This is such a nice Starbucks! I feel like the atmosphere is what you are paying for when you go to Starbucks. This location does not disappoint in that regard. The inside is so spacious and the decor is rustic. I really love their choice of mortis and tenon through wood joinery tables. This showcases the fine craftsmanship of the wooden furniture.
Oh, and not to mention the Iced Caramel Macchiato that I ordered was Delicious! Check this place out if you are in the area.

The worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. I specified my order and made it very clear on what I wanted. I pulled around to pay and the bad attitude cashier Crystal proceeds to tell me AFTER paying that she wasn’t specialized in making the drink I wanted and then proceeds to direct me to another Starbucks without a refund being given or offered. Her attitude is very bad and need to be checked by management.
My drink taste just like water and is very flavorless.

Food and beverage is always good here. They’ve got plenty of seating including two comfy padded seats. Last I was there, they even had samples of new flavors that were delicious. The staff is helpful and kind, bathrooms are clean, and the people who come in always seem to be doing something interesting. The big problem with this location is that it randomly closes early any given day of the week. It’ll close and go drive-through only at like 2 or 3pm and everyone inside will have to leave. I know they prob have a worker shortage or something but their corporate needs to do better giving them what they need or the pay they need so they can actually open for store hours. Kinda defeats the purpose of a coffee shop if you can’t get any work done inside bc they have to close the inside and kick everyone out. This has happened like 5 times to me here.

Placed mobile order at 730am on December 14, 2023 and pay, only to arrive to see a sign on door saying they will not open until 10:30am because of water main work. I get they can’t control water main work, but someone screwed up and forgot to turn off mobile ordering, and that’s messing up every person that orders that way this morning. If you make that kind of mistake and put out that much disappointment in a hundred people’s mornings, you deserve a bad review. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back, which wastes more time.

I hate to say this, but my experience at Starbucks has been extremely disappointing. This is the third time I’ve gone there and not received my order correctly or at all. Each visit has been some form of inconvenience—either they forget my drink, delay it excessively, or simply don’t have it ready when I arrive.
I hope they can improve their service, but as of now, I won’t be returning anytime

The people were very rude. I work in customer service and you actually have to TRY to be this rude. It isn’t normal. The only nice person was the person that greeted me when I came in. Cheers to her. The person taking my order with a pink Afro was veryyy rude. I actually tried to be nice despite her having a horrible attitude but she remained the same. Will never come here again. Y’all acting like working at Starbucks is hard lol too bad so sad you have to work an easy job
