I’ve been a regular customer ordering from Pats Delivery, and the service is getting worse every time. The garlic bread never arrives properly cooked; it’s always almost raw. And today I ordered using my reward points and asked for a steak sandwich, but I didn’t see any steak at all. Instead, it was full of green bell peppers, mushrooms, and melted cheese, but no steak whatsoever. It’s very frustrating to order something and not receive what you asked for. I’m going to go to the restaurant and file a complaint because a steak sandwich should have steak in it, and the salad shouldn’t look like something you’d buy at a market or a 7-Eleven. I’m going to complain about everything, especially the steak sandwich.

Ordering through the app, I accidentally pucked this location instead of what was my usual location. I am so glad I did!!! The pizzas here actually look like they do in the commercials! The people are so nice, no mad employees here! This is my new regular Domino’s. I hope that you love it as I do.

If I could -5 stars I would. We ordered through the app, with our correct address in it. Received a notice that says “delivered” – looked outside and nothing. We called and some young girl picked up the phone saying “it was delivered at your neighbours house” and we checked and it wasn’t. Then she said “this is not our problem” and hung up the phone. My husband called again, very unfriendly, rude attitude like zero customer service. She said “we must’ve put in the wrong address” and my husband said well I’d like to have my order and she said “well If your neighbors stole your pizza not our problem” – on top of other rude things that came from her. Didn’t get a refund nothing. Def not ordering from there again that’s for sure.

i ordered extra sauce and it was dryer then when ordering regular sauce hopefully the next one is better. i honestly think they gave me one from a canceled or older order because usually when i get home with it its still burning my mouth and i only like about 1 minute away very disappointing

Everything I ordered tonight looks and especially taste like it had been sitting and was put back in an oven or dropped back down in the fryers to try to make it fresh again but it’s obviously old food. The pizza, the parm bites, the cinnamon bites. I have never gotten such horrible food from there before. It’s usually a treat, but whatever they tried to do to pass this old hard dried out food as freshly cooked didn’t work.

This location is pickup only. There is no place to dine in. I order on my app and the pizza is ready in about 13 minutes. I just pull up, tell the app that I’m there, and an employee brings the pizza to my car. It’s very convenient. This location has always been on time with great pizza.

Ordered on the phone through them cuz their app is terrible and never works. Then they wait until I’m there to pick up and pay for my pizza to tell me my card and address has been banned for fraud. Manager would not help and when I finally get a number you can’t even talk to someone to get the problem resolved

They got my order wrong, I called had them remake. They mentioned it would be 15 minutes when it really was 25 minutes. I handed the wrong pizza back mind you after I had opened and checked it at home. They didn’t throw it away, they rearranged it in the box and put it inside a bag for delivery. Aside from their attitude due to the remake. The disgusting act of reusing it after, makes me think if I’ve ever been given someone else’s pizza who might’ve been brought back just to save themselves time. When it could’ve been touched by the other people and all they do is make it look organized again in the box…

Male employee acted like I was bothering him. Food was cold. Two orders were wrong out of three. One was half burnt missing an add on with the other pasta supposed to be vegetarian and they put meat in it. Horrible experience
