Dominos is delicious. But unfortunately I had to rate THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION a one star because when I went to pick up my order today at the restaurant I witnessed the two gentlemen who were working there making the pizzas WERE NOT WEARING ANY GLOVES. When I asked why aren’t they wearing any gloves they replied with “We dont wear gloves cause of the heat from the pizza ” PURE NONSENSE. I am very upset and disgusted.

Why is your driver questioning my whereabouts?? I didn’t pick up the phone right away I was working and in my way home and when I drive do not disturb turns on. The food came quicker than expected and someone was supposed to pick up the food at the door, they ended up not realizing because he didn’t ring the doorbell or anything. When I pulled up to my home he was about to pull off I got out my car trying to make sure it actually got dropped off because I didn’t see the calls until after. He proceeds to question why I wasn’t picking up and I needed to be home to pick up my order and kept trying to get rowdy with me. Teach your drivers some manners.

Food was barely cooked and they managed to cook hard plastic into pizza i called them to let them know and was offered credits but I don’t want any of that its disgusting i took pictures and videos contacted a lawyer the next steps are to call health department and have them test the object and to look into that shop for hazards very dangerous what if a child would’ve ate that lucky it was just me this time

I place order for pizza 3toppings was not there which is payed for I called store they hang up.. call again ask for corporate number employee don’t know corporate number.. usually I don’t do bad reviews. But today when I call I feel they treated me like I am the ahole.. hop corporate and franchise see this and don’t rune customers order.. if made mistakes it’s ok but customer call apologiz about mistakes and don’t be rude to customers

I just order from this Domino’s and one they messed up my co-worker order and two the pizza was cold when I got it. I called in for a pick up order and when I got there, there was one person working there doing everything by himself. Answering the phone, making the pizza, and taking order from the walk-in customers. I eat at Domino’s all the time and I’m a truck driver, but I’ve never experienced food or services like this. But I will give them a benefit of a doubt, maybe it was just a bad day.

He finally comes and with an attitude said next time do this instead of this which is poor customer service and then made me walk to the car instead of meeting me at the door like I had asked. He had an attitude which wasn’t needed. He states he rang all of the door bells but we didn’t hear it. He just seemed very un professional
