Best pizza in the area by far!!!! Friendly service, everything I’ve had from this spot so far has not disappointed. Mozzarella sticks homemade and amazing. Meat lovers pizza was amazing and priced affordable. Chicken parm looks amazing and I look forward to trying it in the near future….. definitely worth a try.

The owner’s daughter was absolutely amazing. So very cheerful and accommodating. The food was fresh and incredible and very moderately priced. I’ll be there at least 4 to 5 times a week the whole month, I’m here in town working

The older lady with the tattoos is the rudest person I have ever met. I called the day before to order food for an event I was having the young lady I spoke said come in at 11:00 the next day and place the order. Well I stopped in the older lady with the tattoos said we are not open yet. I said ok I need to place a catering order for today what time should I call or come to place the order she said “we don’t open until 12:00 figure it out”
I was like what the hell, maybe she is having a bad day. Called 12:05 she answered and put me on hold after 10 minutes on hold I decided to drive to the restaurant, mind you I am still on hold cell phone in hand 25 minutes have passed. I go in and said I am the person you still have on hold. She said “we are busy”
I need to place my order she said “you have to wait I’m busy”
That was the straw that broke the camels back for me. I am not begging anyone to order food and take my money.
I will not support Italiano’s as long as she is working there.
She has a bad attitude!!!!!

The food is delicious! Prices like everything else are on the high side but you get a lot for the money. My mom and her friends go here every week and they invited me along this week. I got the Tortellini Alla Principessa and it was wonderful! The salad that came with the dinner was pretty good but best of all were their bread sticks! So delicious! I’ll gain another Covid-20 pounds if I go here every week! Haha!
Seriously though, the food is very good and Tara our waitress was perfect! Definitely worth going here again.

I love the food here and I used to order from here all the time but the older woman answering the phone is entirely too rude and I will no longer be ordering from here because she puts too much stress into taking orders and customer’s shouldn’t feel intimidated by someone’s bad attitude. She spoke to me as if I burdened her and kept putting me on hold and wouldn’t let me finish my sentences while ordering then as she repeated my address back to me, she starts complaining to me because she had my address wrong. Which no big deal to me so I just verbally verified it to her again POLITELY and she tells me well that’s not what she has down and goes “idk who put this in here but it wasn’t me.” Like okay lady I don’t work there I’m just calling to place an order not argue over who wrote down the wrong address even though you’re the ONLY person I spoke to this whole phone call. Im literally telling you where I live and you’re arguing with me about it because you wrote the wrong address down.

Ordered the 1st time tonight December 31 2024 at 5:00 pm. 16″ Cheesesteak pizza with jalapenos. Was much better than I expected and had the old school, 1970-style taste….you know… the type you would get after roller skating all night at 69th Street. Those who know…..Know….LOL

My family gets food from here at least 3 times a week. We decided to order while in town. The phone girl was rude and unprofessional. She shouldn’t work in customer service at all! Other than that , The Pizza was phenomenal and the delivery guy was fast and efficient! Hopefully we can have a different experience when we order again!

This was a big boy cheesesteak. I got the works Paris. When Italiano’s says the works, they mean the works. I think everything that was not nailed down in the restaurant was in this cheesesteak. The beautiful part is it all worked together. Nothing tried to steal the show. Big soft bun. This might be the answer to a lot of sauce. $10, felt a touch high. Very nice people working through quarantine. Very good overall experience.
