Cutest little gem! Had them do some custom cakes in the past but my favorite is stopping by for a coffee and a quick treat. Staff is so friendly and fun. The shop is adorable inside.. modern and spacious with a cute couch to enjoy your treats and they sell a lot of local brands that have wonderful little gifts. I haven’t been to an event but they look like a lot of fun with good engagement of locals. Sometimes on Friday’s they have food trucks too.
Baked goods are always delicious. They usually have GF options. I love checking out the seasonal options and with my favorites I freeze them at home for a later time they’re tasty when defrosted! Always a good stop on the way to a dinner party or when meeting friends. Whenever I’m close to Jackson it’s a must stop!

I visited for the first time yesterday. I ordered the vanilla bean cupcake and the lemon raspberry macaron. The cupcake was very nice, but I wouldn’t say it’s the best I’ve ever had. The macaron, however, was to die for!!! It was both a work of art and mouthwateringly delicious. The young lady who helped me was also just lovely.

We booked Five Forks for our wedding and ordered a two-tiered cake. This sister-duo is very talented in both baking and decorating. As you can see in these photos, our cake turned out beautiful, and it tasted amazing too. They worked with us during our tasting and allowed us to pick flavors outside of their signature flavors. We went with chocolate espresso and Italian creme with almonds. Our guests were obsessed with the Italian creme and almond flavor! They also offer gluten free and vegan options, and we ordered a dozen cupcakes with a mix of their signature flavors. We heard from our guests that they were delicious.
We look forward to stopping here when we’re on future road trips for a trip down memory lane to remember our wedding. Thank you, five forks, for making it so special! We loved our cake!

I have used Five Forks bakery on numerous occasions now. From stopping in and getting their Detroit Lions treats earlier this year, to preordering Easter cake, to even getting cupcakes for my baby shower. I really appreciate that they update their social media with what new flavors/designs they have or what events they are participating in. This is the best bakery in Jackson and the location is so convenient.

This place is great! I had an order placed with another local bakery and they canceled on me the day of my event. The Five Forks were able to step in and fill my order in just hours! They are phenomenal and the cookies we ordered were delicious! Highly recommend!

Five Forks did our wedding cupcakes and they were PERFECT! The staff was very helpful and responsive, even though they were super busy with opening their new store front. The cupcakes tasted amazing and our guests were all wanting seconds. For the beautiful design they were way more affordable than I was expecting and we were extremely satisfied with our outcome.

I give it 5 stars because it won’t let me leave 10! Hands down best customer centered care I’ve ever experienced. They whipped together some last minute ‘gender reveal’ cupcakes, and just look at how adorable they turned out! Not to mention how absolutely delicious they were!
