I’ve only come here a few times, but each time has been an incredible experience with excellently made subs and amazing staff.

I came in 15 mins before closing to which the employee told me they were closed and he wouldn’t serve me. They close at 11:00 p.m and I’m leaving this review in my car at 10:52 p.m, the open sign is still on in the store and the doors unlocked but the employee wouldn’t serve me, I even told him they are still open and he refused service. That is not cool and I’m sure the owner won’t be happy to hear about this. Posting this on Feb 9th, 2026 at 10:53 p.m.

Excellent subs!! Great variety and the service was great. The prices are higher than your standard sub place but they are so much better! The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing they need to change is the wrapped pickle slices, was a mess to get out of the little bags and was soggy.

I would like to start with the best review i posted 2 years ago, and ending up with the worst quality i had from firehouse sub yesterday. you can see the pictures to have an idea about the food quality they served us this time. I have been visiting this place from last two years, the best veggie sub they had always served. But i regret for my visit yesterday when they served us with extra loaded sub which was totally messed up and the bread was broken as it was so soggy and you can see how much water there was in the sub.. couldn’t even hold it in my hand to eat it.. i felt like i was eating bread and veggies dipped in water and no taste at all. Can’t believe their staff is so untrained now that they don’t even have an idea that the veggies should be inside the sub not under it. And they didn’t even bother toasting the bread at all. It was just raw. It was all new staff this time and they were just having fun talking to each other and throwing the stuff in a box for us. Never ever want to go back. Disgusting food service i had. I used to love this place and ended up not even going to recommend it to anybody. Very sad they lost us. Please, you all should watch for the worst reviews as well, to visit a place.

Only giving a 2 star because the first time I came here a few weeks ago the young girl was so sweet and made the best sub. But this time was very opposite. The young man who made our large sub that we split was very much a mess. My half had no meat almost – no honey ham whatsoever and was all lettuce and very thin. My boyfriend’s half was full of meats and great like the first time we came here. This was very disappointing as I was so excited to come here again and it was not cheap for 1 sub with 2 drinks and I was very let down and still hungry cause I basically had a salad with roast beef.
