DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. This evening I went to the drive-thru and ordered 2 beef taco combo plates, a medium coke, and a kids meal. One of the beef combo plates had so many hairs inside of the beef taco. The kids meal made my 2 year old so sick that she was throwing up. I am very disappointed at this location. I usually love this restaurant chain and have been a loyal customer for years at different locations in the Phoenix area and have never had any problems until coming to this location. This was my first time visiting this location and I will not be returning to this particular location. Another thing is the lady at the drive thru window did not have her hair up. The kitchen staff must of not of had their hair up either because there was probably at least 5 hairs inside of the beef taco. My boyfriend accidentally swallowed one of the hairs. It should be mandatory that all staff working at restaurants have their hair up. And no, it was not my hair in the food. The box that had the hair inside of it was closed and I didn’t open that box. It was the box of food that my boyfriend ate. I did not open that container. It was the container that my boyfriend. It was the staff’s hair. Anyway, I am disappointed at this Queen Creek location.

I’d never been to this Filiberto’s location and was craving Mexican food late at night. I ordered pickup on DoorDash. The staff was friendly if not a bit frazzled (which is understandable), and the inside was actually very clean and modern, rare for a Fili’s. The food was on-par, I love their bean & cheese burritos. I’d come back!

$12.11 for two tacos and a small drink. A little pricey in my opinion. The meat tasted a little funky too. Up the street at Moreno’s tacos are 5.00 and they have a lot more meat, tastes better too.

Ordered 5 carne asada fries from this place on 11/16/2024, and there was hair in multiple orders the food. An eyelash cluster was even stuck to one order, and no one who I ordered for wears eyelashes.

Just moved to the area and stopped in for a breakfast burrito at 11am on a Sunday. The service was fast, efficient & the burrito was hardy and very good. Exactly what I expect from Filiberto’s!
