I went here for the first time last night and wow. It was quite the experience. I was extremely hungry so I started with a bowl of their white bean chicken soup, it was reallly good. My little brother ordered the French onion soup and after giving me a taste my only complaint was not ordering that one, IT WAS SOO GOOD. After that I ordered the meatloaf with a fully loaded baked potatoe, at this point it seems like my eyes might have been bigger than my stomach. My entree ended up being much bigger than I thought it would be, the only problem being I was almost full from the soup. I figured I would eat a little bit and get a to go box. After tasting it that plan quickly collapsed. The baked potato was so good and it had the best sour cream I’ve personally ever had. The meat loaf was on a different level, it was perfect. After this you would surely think I’d need to be rolled out of there, those were my thoughts exactly. Until they brought the dessert menu. Instead of exposing myself any further I will just tell you to save room for the Mud Pie and thank me later. On top of all of this our waitress was very attentive, she was very kind and made sure our waters were always full. We stopped and talked to the owner for a few minutes on the way out and she was extremely nice to us as well. I’ve lived in bend for 21 years and I love good food. Moose Sisters will definitely be one of my go to spots after last night!

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. We were so excited to eat here it looked so good. The waitress was incredibly rude and then at the end when we asked about the additional charges on our bill, the owner came out and actually yelled at us and got in our faces. It was a surreal experience. That and she got close enough to smell her breath. Which was rank. We truly were not rude or demanding in anyway way, we simply asked for clarification on the bill. Which in reading the other reviews here, it seems a common theme. They become frustrated when customers discover they are making money from the credit card processing fees. If you’re considering a fun, cute date night option: think elsewhere. Not worth the trauma.

What a pleasant surprise. Our first time and was wonderful. Will definitely be returning. What a warm, inviting, cozy and cute restaurant. Decor alone was worth seeing. Cozy sitting areas in lounge area with couches to relax, drink and visit. Amazing drink menu. Both of our drinks were wonderful. We had the surf combo and Cajun Mac and cheese. Both were very good. Prices are a little on the spendy side. They did charge you a 4% fee or something like that just to use your debit card. Service was good. From what we heard it is owned by 2 sisters, one who works the front and other works the back/kitchen area. What a great place. You get some great views being upstairs too and with all those windows. Looks like patio setting in warmer weather too. Definitely go check it out you won’t be disappointed.

the good- Excellent ambiance, very cool decor to keep your eyes busy. great service, huge menu. don’t know if our server might have been an owner (a sister!), but she acted like it (in a very good way).
the bad- not anything yet!
the tip- when they try t upsell you the coffee cake, let them! Ask for it to come after your food though- finish with warm coffee cake like you’ve not had in the U.S.

Definitely won’t be coming back. Service was ok in the beginning.
Food- Ahi tuna plate was great. Battered shrimp was tasty. Drinks were yummy. Crab raviolis were super good.
Crabcakes not impressed at all, super bready. Breaded oysters were over cooked. Onion soup was overly salty. Onion rings, not rings more like haystacks still good but not as advertised.
They forgot my daughters dinner, we had to get it to go. They still charged us, no apologies. We had a large party 14 of us so they get they’re 20% gratuity no matter what. We had a birthday celebration and there were nothing but grumpy old people around us. Definitely not a place to enjoy a big celebration. I don’t know why the restaurant didn’t put us in their private room! Overall not a great impression and non of us will be coming back.

I have to say I was really excited about going here for the first time. I went with a friend today and our waitress was absolutely wonderful. The only reason I gave a four-star review was because we ordered the crab eggs. Benedict and I specifically said that I wanted to eggs medium, not runny at all. So when I got it, the eggs were totally runny, exactly like my friends eggs who didn’t ask for anything to be changed with her poached eggs, so I was totally disappointed about that. I also did not eat any of the hashbrowns they were burnt and the top was like a hard layer. I feel they should have asked why none of the hash browns were eaten. We did sit outside, and that was very nice and the waitress was very accommodating and got our drinks for us which were excellent, but in my opinion, especially the short drink was strong but pricey for the size. The atmosphere inside was very pretty and well designed, but I have to say, I was disappointed a little bit.

This was a very fun place for a birthday dinner. Great atmosphere and great quality food. The staff was friendly, and everyone was well pleased with their meals. just know that finding it’s a little tricky, but there is both an elevator and stairs to get to the second story and it is well worth it to try this place out.

Firstvof all, it was once my favorite restaurant for lunch. However, this last time I took my 8 yr old granddaughter to lunch and she and I had so looked forward to sharing this experience together. The menu has changed dramatically, nit offering a couple of entree salads I had always ordered before. The customer service was not extended to my granddaughter, which surprised me. The prices have dramatically increased, as have most things. The ambience is still nice, but it use to feel special dining there. That has changed. As it doesn’t anymore. I am not sure why. It will not be a choice for me to go to Moose Sisters as it had been so many times before.
