Terrible customer service and honesty issues.
I ordered spicy tenders around 9:00 PM, well before closing time (they close at 11). The shift leader, who referred to herself as the “manager,” clearly did not want to make them and initially blamed it on prep time. She told us the spicy tenders take “12 hours to marinate,” which made no sense for a fast-food restaurant that sells them daily.
When we picked up the order, no one mentioned anything was different. Once we got home and tried them, they were not spicy at all. When I called back, the same shift leader admitted they made them a different way because the “normal way took too long.” That means we were knowingly given something we did not order, without being told.
She made no attempt to fix the issue, refused a refund even though the order was incorrect, and then hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior especially from someone claiming to be a manager (she later admitted she’s just a shift leader).
To make matters worse, multiple employees were wearing AirPods and appeared disengaged the entire time.
I don’t mind waiting or being told the truth before paying but lying, giving the wrong food, refusing to make it right, and hanging up on a customer is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

Two things I can always count on from such a luxurious venue, like this one, are great chicken and sub-par service. On this particular date, this establishment took me on a rollercoaster of emotions…. Hunger turned into happiness…. Happiness to anger…. Anger to laughter..

This location needs alot of help on customer service which includes management. They are rude. Management is not worried about of customer is satisfied or not. Eager to give refund with no hesitation or attempt to make things right. They are not worried if they make sales or not. Employess all just having fun and laughing instead of taking care of there customer. I am n ot sure if this location is franchise or corporate, but whom ever owns this location is not making money. We have visited this location multiple times since they opened and we have never had good service or good food. We always have to go the one on Freddie and McColl. Now they have excellent service and great food.

This place is horrible waited 40 extra minutes for an online order ( I showed up past the pick up time) just to have them give me everything wrong. Ordered a 3 pc with breast with an xtra breast on the side. Was given a regular thigh that was very small with two wings that had nothing but batter and bone. Ordered a chicken sandwich with fries as well an extra medium fries was not given my medium fries. So I walked back inside to get them amd was given regular fries….. horrible place to get church’s. Really good food served by bad service. Waste of my money. Will be going in am to talk to management. The photo I’m posting is my meal “breast” meal without taking a bite just ripped it open to make sure it was white meat. (It wasn’t)

The food was fresh and tasted good, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The clerk didn’t ask whether the order was for dine-in or takeout, and I noticed other customers had to ask for plates — which should be a given.
Both servers I saw looked tired and didn’t seem friendly or welcoming. Every table and seat in the dining area was dirty. There were no napkins, condiments, or cutlery accessible to customers. I had to ask for napkins and mentioned that our table and seats were dirty — instead of helping, the staff just handed me napkins, so I had to clean the area myself while my kids waited to eat.
It’s disappointing to see such a lack of basic cleanliness and customer service, especially when the food quality is actually good. A little more care and professionalism from the staff would go a long way.

Ok so I rarely post anything other than great to excellent places unless it’s just really bad.
And while the service and food is generally OK for a fast food chicken place i have to say I cannot count the times my order was wrong. I will call and they say they will post up name so I can get my next order free. I have NEVER gone back for the free meal because thats not what I’m about. That said … it is expensive to eat chicken. I always pay just under 40 for my order so when I drive home to eat my white meat and legs…I dont want a box full of wings with little to no meat. Especially when I specifically said. NO Wings!
Most of the staff is very friendly and church’s is my favorite chicken So let’s get it together folks.

Horrible here. My husband arrived 25 minutes before closing and they never answered the drive thru and they kept ducking down when he was at the window so they wouldn’t have to take his order. He arrived at 10:35 and they close at 11pm

If I could leave zero stars, I would! Terrible service. 15 minutes waiting on the drive thru with no cars in front, literally the only one and never got helped. Moved to the window and another 5 min there and nothing. The girls passed by and never even bothered to help. One single customer inside eating. I understand when it’s busy, but come on it was not the case. KFC is super quick and way better. Never again would I eat Church’s chicken
