I came to this Taco Bell purchase a Luxe Box $6.99 + tax and dined in….Complained about size of portions. Manager very kind ndly tried to remedy my complaint, thank you. We can all be kinder and better Brothers and Sisters to one another. Just because we deal with so many greedy rude angry people in Florida and Orlando, FL we can be accommodating and kind to one another as well as taking care of our paying customers. Be like Jesus and have wonderful customer service. We are all God’s Children.

Never thought I’d say this about a Taco Bell, but the food was overpriced. Ordered a black bean crunch wrap and not only did it have no beans, but it had meat instead, and barely any. It was so small and made wrong. Ate it anyway because I was hungry and didn’t want to complain. Also, why are potatoes offered as an extra but the spicy potato soft taco isn’t an option; that’s literally all I came here for. Staff was friendly… but overall pretty disappointed

I literally just ordered the new crunch wrap supreme, was excited to try it but when I started eating it there was literally NO MEAT IN IT. I’m so confused. Why would I just want to eat a tortilla????? There is like pieces of meat and that’s it. If I was eating inside Taco Bell I would have brought it right back and said excuse me what’s this. I’m paying to literally eat nothing. Wow I want a refund and will steer clear of here. I don’t complain online about food places ever really, but this just made me feel absolutely conned. Both thumbs down.

Never leave reviews for fast food places but I’m having a bad day and all I wanted was Doritos locos tacos and whoever made they literally put them together like they were blind. Missing all the cheese and tomatoes and lettuce on one side and meat on the other, I seriously think a toddler could have made a better Taco.

Had to return my first order of a burrito supreme, which had extra onions and extra sour cream that I paid for and a softshell taco with extra sour cream and onions as well ,when I opened up the burrito there was no tomato, no onions, no extra sour cream at all no lettuce no cheese and I was paying for a burrito supreme ,so I took it through the drive-through. They told me to bring it up to the window which I did and then I get this back ,which you can’t even pick it up to eat it because it’s so sloppy and there’s hardly any meat in it. It’s all beans And it’s just horrible. Horrible service here and the attitudes are horrible. The girl inside start yelling get going and move it move it move it. There’s other cars behind you, very very rude. Corporate needs to see how Taco Bell employees are serving their food to customers that they pay for with their hard earned money. Corporate should be ashamed of themselves for not training their employees better on how to put together a burrito that you can actually hold without any slop on the outside of it. This place is horrible and the employees need an attitude adjustment except for the one boy he was polite. You can tell they’re only there for a paycheck they can care less about their job and their service ,corporate definitely needs to come and visit the store. It’s pretty sad when you have to try to re-wrap your food and you can’t because it’s too wet with all the slop on it. It got thrown in the trash thank you very much Taco Bell.

No visible signs of management. Bunch of teens working here who have no clue what’s going on. What’s the point of having a drive through if you’re going to make every car “pull around” even if nobody behind them. It’s so archaic that they still run places like this. Pls just go and make room for somebody else.

This Taco Bell does not taste like Taco Bell food at all!
This Taco Bell the service is okay the food is just horrible! We came here for lunch the place was empty we didn’t have a big order we still had to wait a long time. I ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch that was a mess the cheese between the tortilla was not melted at all and they barely gave me any meat, the grilled cheese burrito was okay tasty with a lot of flavor but it was falling apart, the crunch wrap supreme was soggy and not meaty at all it was just a big disappointment, the dragonfruit freeze was just walking into a perfume store and having someone spray perfume in your mouth horrible taste! I won’t recommend this Taco Bell stingy with the food and horrible execution of cooking.
Don’t come here if you want Taco Bell, not worth it! Friendly staff!

This place was a complete disaster from start to finish. The staff acted like they couldn’t care less, and the wait was so long it felt like I was stuck in a never-ending line. When my food finally arrived, it was cold, soggy, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The flavors were nonexistent bland and uninspired. To top it off, my order was completely wrong, and no one bothered to fix it properly. Honestly, this was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even as a last resort. Total waste of time and money.

I don’t know what’s changed, but the food is really good! My veggie bowl was on point and actually came out nice and hot, not cold like before. The service was great too. Changed it to 4 starts because I order on the app to pick up via the drive thru and the guy told me I didn’t, I checked the app and it literally says drive thru but the guy still made me go inside for pick up. Food still food.

So sick of having our order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. There is always something not made correctly or missing. This was the 4th time, between this location and the one on University. I get that it’s fast food and expected every now and then, but every single time is ridiculous and clearly Taco Bell doesn’t have proper training and standards.
