This is the worst food I have ever gotten from a fast food restaurant. My son order cheesy Gordita crunches that barely had anything in them… they were really pitiful, even though the price is up to $5,29… I ordered a luxe meal, the chicken burrito didn’t even taste like it had chicken in it and I didn’t get my nachos or my dipping sauce. My Gordita was hard on the outside. I couldn’t even bite it. What a horrible experience!!

Smelled really gross inside and Crunchwrap tasted really off. Then my 11 month old choked on some food and after everyone stared as both my husband and I took turns giving her back blows to dislodge the food (she is fine). When I went to the front to ask for something to clean up the lady gave me the most annoyed look like I had the audacity to interrupt her making a taco. She asked her coworker for a rag and gave me a glare then went back to making the food. It wasn’t until I think the manager came in that we were able to ask for a mop. And when we told her what happened she looked very concerned and asked if she was okay. Then another employee was nice enough to mop it up for us. Don’t be like the first lady

I am unsure why this location has gone down. Each time we have come to the drive through they make the entire drive through pull into the parking lot to wait. Three cars today. That defeats the purpose of a drive through. Order, pay and sit in the parking lot. I’ve never had this happen at any other location. As soon as I looked in the bag and saw the atrocious fries, I threw the bag on the floorboard and went down the road to White Castle. I didn’t even bother checking the burritos. Not only were both of the women at the window at White Castle wonderful compared to Taco Bell. We did not have to wait for food.

The staff was very nice and friendly. My chicken sandwich was a little stringy and the fries were average. The crunch wrap was ok. The restroom sinks were dirty and the urinal was missing from the men’s restroom.

Everything was absolutely delicious and the person who served us (from TX originally) made our day! There should be a sign for this KFC on the highway — we found it via Google Maps! Our order: 2-piece dark meat extra crispy with a biscuit as a combo with mashed potatoes and gravy, the spicy chicken wings, and a fried chicken sandwich.

This location is a Duo-Branded KFC & Taco Bell fast food restaurant. Not far off the I-65 Interstate in Elizabethtown KY. The dining room was very clean and tidy. The self serve station was clean and organized. The customer service was very good, friendly & attentive (our team member actually brought out an additional serving of French fries when she observed the first serving didn’t measure up to a store standard). The food temperature & taste quality was on par with the KFC we’ve come to expect over the years.

Placed my order and took forever to fix it. Super slow. Trash on the floor garbage can was over flowing into the floor. Taco shells and cinnamon twist were so stale. One of my tacos had a whopping 4 tomato cubes. Unsweetened tea didnt have a top on it at all. Tried to order a frozen watermelon slush and they dont even carry them. I do not recommend and wont go back.

Food was decent, woman working the window was extremely rude- slung our drinks to us in the car, slammed the window shut when we were requesting sauces, gave us the wrong drink and tried to charge for the correct drink. Guys cooking were super nice and friendly.

If I could, I would give this place negative stars. It is consistently horrible in every way. First off, the place is nasty. All of it, front to back. Slowest service imaginable, always out of common items, food is the worst… Can’t wrap my head around how this restaurant stays open.
