$7 for cold food and no gravy. Forgot one of our drink cups. Had to show them the receipt. Cold burgers. Had to ask what kind of Sundays we had so they could make them. Took over 10 min for 4 people to eat.

Went there and they were out of a lot of items, I get it it happens but then we asked for extra toppings in our blizzards. The blizzards were not blended and barely any toppings, didn’t taste right, the toppings that were in the blizzards seemed soggy and old. Very disappointed, ordered pretzel sticks as well and the queso had a super thick film, didn’t even eat it because of how old it looks, you can tell in the picture I could literally move it around.

Came here late at night, around 9-close as a random adventure. Great staff, loved the environment, got a bit of extra food so they didn’t have to throw it out, which is actually amazing and so sweet they did that. Overall, I would recommend this to travelers. Some locals will give some not great opinions but I think it’s good.

We were vacationing in town and stopped in for some ice cream. The lady who works at this location with short red hair was awesome. She went out of her way to make a special request blizzard and was so upbeat and friendly! It’s hard to find customer service like that these days so she definitely made our night!

Don’t bother stopping, if they are open during their scheduled hours (which is rare) they are usually out of most items, you have a 1 in 100 chance of getting warm food and probably a better chance of getting food poisoning. It does no good to say anything because the standard reply if “we hope you’ll give us another chance” Someone needs to step in and close this hole down!!!!

Angel is AMAZING- great customer service and offering to pay for our family’s ice cream because they don’t accept American Express. The staff is all hardworking at this busy location. I did overhear them saying all the things they had ran out on so inventory seemed more limited

My husband’s burger was cold. I ordered a $7 cheeseburger, they forgot the chocolate sundae. When my husband went up to ask for the sundae, two employees ignored him. One employee more than once. Very rude. They don’t know what customer service is.

Yupp haven’t been here in year half. Things haven’t changed 45$ the blizzards are liquid not even out of parking lot. Couldn’t figure out how to ring dilly bars added to the order. Blizzards not tipped upside down wouldn’t of passed that test.

Had to wait 5 minutes in drive thru until the teenager finished her cigarette outside. Only one other person in Drive thru. They also had to wait. They where out of Orange Julius and chocolate ice cream and The slushy machine was broke. Left without ordering anything. Most reviews have had similar issues.

We get inside – everything is musty.
Bathroom is filled with mold, smells horrendous, water tap is covered in finger prints, walls maybe started white? They’re now yellowish hues with patches of guess what color I am now and how I got here.
Service was fine, until they all started yelling at each other. Workers were near the cashier yelling about how people never clean up after their shifts. They were picking their noses and then finishing making our Blizzards! No gloves were worn and I’m pretty sure no hands hands were washed either.
The mini blizzard that was ordered came back with a lake of chocolate that flooded the rest of the food. No ice cream or blizzard was in the vicinity. Chicken strips could’ve been labelled as chicken nuggets!
Dairy Queen used to be a go to stop – now? A don’t you dare put on your blinker and turn stop.
Don’t recommend!
