I walked in in full work uniform and asked to use the restroom and I was refused unless I purchased something. This is messed up there are a lot of people who work in the field and need a place to use the restroom. It’s not like I was dirty or homeless looking. I was wearing a shiny clean uniform. And I was not even asked if I was going to purchase anything. Never going to go here again and Starbucks should be ashamed. This is why you have to close stores. Train your staff better or just close up shop.

Weird
I in this location early one morning hoping to get a few emails out while traveling for work. Immediately upon entering, I noticed that all of the electrical outlets were fully covered leaving no where to charge my laptop. I found this to be particularly strange as Starbucks is a location in used to stopping in for this type of visit while traveling.
The workers were very friendly and efficient. I just find it strange that all the outlets were completely covered. This location is also across from a lightrail station and high school.

It’s September 9th 2025, and I came to this drive through early morning before my job, and the person at the window that was giving me my drink was just so rude. i don’t know If she’s was just having a bad morning but you shouldn’t be like that with your customers. I don’t know what that girl’s going through. But she needs to deal with it before she gets on the clock. Sorry, Starbucks, I love Starbucks. But this time, this customer service has ruined it.

Rude customer service. I simply asked if they take cash (because in the past I tried paying with a physical card and they asked me to use my Starbucks app instead) and the woman at the drive thru rudely and very loudly, repeated my question like I was stupid rather than simply answering my question. The whole interaction was not friendly at all. I understand the question may have caught her by surprise but there could have been a better way to handle that.
