The cashier used my employee card super incorrectly. I just hope I don’t get fired. We charged the same employee card again to be sure (it already went through so I don’t think it matters), then we got coffee that was nothing like we ordered??? How is this possible? I’ve never had this experience with any other Starbucks.

I usually like this Starbucks and come here once in a while. Today my husband and I pulled up to the drive-thru and had a Tesla in front of us that was leaving a giant gap between them and the car in front. We were not even close to the Order Speaker and the barista started asking us what we wanted. We were really far from it, and my husband told her our order and she repeated back something different. We said No, and told her to wait a minute, then she goes ahead and starts asking for the order again. My husband again tells her what we want and she can’t hear. He then told her that we cannot pull up any closer due to the Tesla in front of us not moving. (Tesla driver was probably falling asleep at the wheel and needed that coffee). She heard that and completely disregarded what he said and started asking for the order again with this “anyways” attitude! Finally, Tesla moved up at a snail’s pace and we placed our order.
Don’t ask for the order if we are not at the Order Box yet, and have to yell out what we want and when we give you the reason why we can’t pull up, don’t be dismissive. Drive-thru barista’s name started with H.

I really enjoy a cappuccino, what makes a great cappuccino is the customer service that comes along with the coffee I get. It seems like the Covington-WA Starbuck has it perfected. It definitely is a treat when im able to stop by for a good cup of joe. Thank you Covington-WA staff.

I wanted to use the restroom and wash my hands before I place my order because I really needed to use the restroom and I I couldn’t focus on what I wanted to order. not even kidding the cashier will not allow me to use a restroom until I placed an order seriously do they even pay them enough to guard the bathroom that bad? Watery, bland , gross. They had to make my drink three times and they still didn’t get it right. I asked for a grande iced matcha latte with 5 scoops of matcha. There is no way they put five in because my drink is pale green. Usually with that size five scoops creates a nice dark green. The ladies are very sweet just inexperienced in my opinion. very disappointed and will not be coming back

Never anywhere to park. Employees take up the half of the parking stalls in front of the store. The blueish bronco and the white Scion always in front of the door. They should park on the side and leave the front for customers.

Not only, is everyone here so sweet. Every barista in there knows how to make shaken espressos PERFECTLY. If you’re a shaken espresso fan, then you know it’s a science to get it right, and it’s so disappointing when it’s handed to you and you can tell immediately it was made incorrectly. It’s obvious they take pride in making our coffee for us, and that the managers there value training. The store manager and the team should be very proud of themselves for the atmosphere they create in this location.
