Omg! This place had the best food I’ve ever had!!!!! It’s a hidden gem in Gulfport. I wish I could take the restaurant with me to Texas ! Owner was super friendly and took care of my friends and I. W restaurant for having a wide vegetarian selections.

The chicken was good, but I was disappointed it was sent over rice instead of in a separate container. I usually like to dip my naan into the sauce with the chicken but that wasn’t possible because it was over the rice. The bhel puri was also super soggy. I think serving the sauce on the side would’ve kept the dish from being soggy. The flavors were really good and I’m sure dining in person is a much different experience.

I have order from here three times, and as much as I want to make it one of my favorite restaurants, it’s been too inconsistent. Maybe it’s because I order delivery, but my order has been wrong 2 out of 3 times. The first time, who I presume was the owner called to apologize about missing items and added some extra bread. When my order arrived, I received tikka masala with an odd protein instead of butter curry (I presume it was cottage cheese as a vegetarian option in a mixup, but I’m not entirely sure).
Second time everything was perfect and absolutely delicious.
Third time was tonight and was very disappointing. Once again my butter curry was replaced with tikka masala which was too spicy (and I have a reasonable tolerance); I was unable to eat it and made me sick shortly after despite only eating a little. The protein was correct, but there was only three tough pieces of meat and four large bones (picture attached). It was almost completely inedible. The bread was tough and burned despite being perfect the other two times. However, the carrot halwa was great! Sweet and savory; Indian desserts are very unique.
If I order again, it’ll be in store. Despite being wrong, the food tastes great and has been fresh, but inedible due to my diet restrictions.

Food was pretty pricey but good portion and smelled fantastic on the buffet. The buffet is 14$ 11-3 or $7 a pound. The food is very spicy so I’d ask for sour cream or yogurt or dairy maybe. The service was great and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was spiritually beautiful and not too noisy. The smell of incense is def strong is u need to get food to go. Theres a small section of Indian food and such for sale which is cool. Cash and military discount offered as well.

We came shortly past 2 pm and the buffet was an option. The restaurant closes at 3 pm, so it looked like the cook didn’t see sense in refilling buffet. The buffet looked like left overs.
I ordered medium chicken tikka masala and , though it was a bit on tomato ish side, the flavour was very nice with pleasant spice blend.
The service was reasonably good.

One of my favorite places to eat!!
We are from Lafayette Louisiana, and every time we visit Pass Christian, we HAVE to come here in Gulfport! I love the buffet! They always have great options! And staff are wonderful! Definitely a MUST!

This place is a really good Indian restaurant in the Gulfport area. Nikki took really good care of me while I dined there and she is really friendly. The food is amazing and the chef knows what he is doing. The menu has plenty of options to choose from and is vegan friendly. I highly recommend and will revisit this place next time I’m in the area.

First time ordering from Orchid. The Food had a really good flavor that we expected. We had been traveling to NOLA for Indian Food, but I think Orchid will be our place from now on. If I had to make one comment, I’d like to have my TANDORI Mix Grill marinated longer “MORE” in Tandori. Overall Yes!!! we will be back!!! Thank you for your Kindness . . . it’s like we’ve know each other for a long time.

I got the Lamb Tika Masala, it was extremely sweet and very VERY SPICY. I had to add water which didn’t help. I asked for NO SPICE. If not an option, why not tell me? Can’t be an option because my food was extremely spicy. Also I could tell my the color it may not be a fav of mine. I’ll stick to Indian Delight in Ocean Springs. I was looking to find an Indian cuisine restaurant that wasn’t as far. As well as the ceiling could use an update, really kills the atmosphere and makes the place look not so clean
