Ordered the grilled Cajun chicken sandwich with fries, drink and chocolate ice cream. The food came out in a reasonable time and tasted good. I really enjoyed the ice cream. It was thick almost like a frozen custard. The original sauce at the condiments counter went really well with the fries and sandwich. The fries were good and very generous serving. The customer service was great and the overall experience was awesome

Went here one day while running some errands down in Federal Way. Popped in around 1:30 and easily ordered my meal, 3 pieces of the hand breaded chicken tenders with cajun seasoned fries and a cookies and cream milkshake. The tenders were big, moist and flavorful. I really enjoyed the different types of sauces available to use at the sauce bar. And the fries… you get ALOT! Crispy and tasty especially with the cajun seasoning on board, actually some of the best fries I’ve ever tasted. The milkshake was nice and thick, slightly too thick for the straw provided although it does include a spoon that helps. I’ll be traveling down to enjoy this chicken joint again for future meals.

First visit.. it was delicious. We had a blackened Cajun chicken salad, deluxe chicken sandwich, bacon avocado sandwich, and fries. We gave 10’s to everything. A little expensive compared to other options, but you definitely get what you pay for. Looking forward to our next visit.

Had their seasonal chicken parm. Hands down one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever eaten! Perfectly cooked, not too much sauce, great flavor balance, and the rosemary fries really drove it home. The staff were very professional and friendly, and the tables were clean and not sticky. 10/10 will eat here again!

Pleasantly surprised. Nice place, good service, decent speed to get out order, and the chicken strips were the star for me with all the sauces – which were pretty good. They were huge! Wife loved the pickle chips. Why 4 stars? Fries were pretty meh… How do you get fries that didn’t seem cooked enough when you cook then to order? Oh, and the ice tea was sweet, which I like, but hardly any tea taste, just sweet. Would go again – would ask for crispy fries though. Kudos for a clean bathroom.

SuperChix is honestly one of the best fast-food chicken spots around. The chicken is always fresh, crispy, and full of flavor, and the fries are perfectly seasoned. The sauces are a huge plus ,lots of options and they actually taste great. Shoutout to Mikee for always providing great service and keeping the vibes friendly. The place is clean, the staff is welcoming, and the food never disappoints. Definitely a go-to spot when you’re craving good chicken. Highly recommend!

This was our first time coming in here and we were clueless what to get. We were greeted with happy smiles and lots of help from the GM, Chantelle! She was so nice in helping us figure out what to try and get. She made sure we were well taken care of until the very end. My mom got the Bravocado Chicken Sand-which, dipped with Nashville hot sauce and she loved it! We also got the cheese fries and fried pickles that was also really yummy! They also have a buffet of sauces to choose from! But the star of the show is their custards! We ended up buying 4 pints to bring home! My mom really loved the pineapple whip. They also have a lot of different flavors to try! We will definitely be back to try other things off the menu and more custard but honestly…we loved the friendly staff and Chantelle, great customer service above all

This place is great. The Delux chicken sandwich was awesome, the Crispy Avo salad was great (added grilled chicken), and the kids loved their chicken tenders. We got the hand cut fries and the loaded fries. The custard was delicious! The kids got the cold fusions, but started eating them faster than I could take a photo.
I hope they open one up in Seattle soon because I already can’t wait to come back. The employees were all so friendly too. Every one of them! They were all so helpful and nice! Amazing service for a walk up and order at the counter fee place. 10/10 recommend!

My my. We can’t begin to tell you how excited we were about this place. We wanted a great alternative to CFL and RR, where we can get great quality sandwiches. This place delivered all that and the fact that we can get great frozen custard is a bonus.
The service was great. Knowing that the concept is new, the staff took time to explain. Which caused a bit of a backup at the ordering counter.
They have plenty of selections, fountain drink ms and sauces to choose from. Seating is limited, so plan accordingly.
The chicken we had was well cooked, crunchy breading but juicy and tender meat. Buns were super soft but held together well, even with the sauce.
Fries were crispy, but we would rater it had less salt. Quite salty.
We’ll be back for more.
