I went here on 08/01/25 and ordered a six inch. I was greeted right away by a staff member and was helped by Ebony. She was incredibly sweet and also great at her job and making of the sandwich. She made great conversation and was just overall helpful and quick in her service!

I placed an online order for a simple cold cut foot-long. I also ordered a foot-long churro. The order was done when it said it would be, but the churro was old and gummy. It was so gummy and lukewarm. The bread on my sub was hard. It was not fresh at all, and you can so tell. It just made me think how old the other ingredients are at the restaurant. Is it really fresh? I was really disappointed. They weren’t even busy at all so I don’t understand why that wasn’t made fresh and why my bread was so old.
