Lamb and Kefta kabobs were seasoned well. The only complaint (a minor one), is that the food took a while to come to table. It ended up being worth the wait.
When we checked out I got dessert to go, the semolina cake. It was probably the most delicious cake we have had.
I wish we were not visiting from out of state so that we could come back!
Nestled in the heart of the city, this Lebanese restaurant is a culinary gem that transports you straight to the vibrant streets of Beirut. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by the aroma of exotic spices and the warm, inviting atmosphere. The decor, with its intricate mosaics and soft lighting, sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.
The menu is a testament to the rich and diverse flavors of Lebanese cuisine. The hummus is creamy and perfectly seasoned, the falafel is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the shawarma is bursting with flavor. Each dish is prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a passion for authentic Lebanese cooking.
But what truly sets this restaurant apart is the exceptional service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that every guest feels welcome and satisfied. Whether you’re a seasoned Lebanese food enthusiast or a curious newcomer, this restaurant is sure to delight your taste buds and leave you craving more.
The Grilled Lamb Kabob served with smoked rice is fantastic! The Lamb, which was prepared Medium was so tender that I cut it with my butter knife. It tasted better than most restaurant filets. The Falafels and Samboosik must have been made in house for they tasted fresh and were very flavorful.
Bravo to the Chef and Owner.
Definitely on our return short list!!!
