Absolutely worth the trip!
I don’t visit Junz often because of the distance, but every time I do, I’m reminded why I love this place. The fusion of Japanese and French cuisine is always on point, and the quality is consistently outstanding.
We went yesterday to celebrate my daughters’ birthday, and I tried the Chirashi for the first time—wow! Easily the best Chirashi in the Denver metro area. Fresh, beautifully plated, and full of flavor.
Whether you’re celebrating something special or just in the mood for excellent food, Junz is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

Junz is tucked away in a mini mall off Dransfeldt Rd. The exterior is unassuming, and their interior is modern yet simple. Their sushi, however, is the best in Parker. They have a sizable sushi bar and plenty of seating. We were ushered to our table immediately upon arrival at 1230pm on a Sunday. We ordered the sashimi roll, crunchy roll, spider roll, and rock n’ roll. We chose the shrimp cocktail appetizer as well. Each selection was beautifully prepared, and the ingredients were fresh. The pricing was reasonable for the quality, producing value. Their standard rolls had the look and taste of a deluxe roll anywhere else in Douglas County. We finished every piece and left stuffed as their portion sizes are ample. We will be back and highly recommend giving it a go if you’re in the area.

Even though there aren’t Japanese chefs in the kitchen, the food here is made with love, and you can taste it in every bite. Every dish was amazing fresh, flavorful, and just downright delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back! If you want super deli Japanese food, this spot is a must!

Solid local Sushi Bar with chefs who seem to be proud of their craft. We usually sit at the bar and chat with the chefs, and watch them prepare all the rolls and nigiri and sashimi. The food has been fresh and well-made. Rolls are the usual with some fun twists thrown in. Nice staff!

As usual Junz was delicious again. Went for a birthday celebration and were promptly seated. The waiter did an excellent job the entire night (including with a awnry 6 year old).
Sushi was delicious as always and we certainly got a ton of it! Couldn’t recommend this place enough to people looking for a good sushi fix (although they have much more than that too)!

This is my favorite sushi place! They have real pickled wasabi, which is incredibly hard to find in Colorado! The staff are great and make me feel welcome. Josh is a fantastic sushi chef and the sushi rolls are some of the best around! They also have reasonable prices.

We really loved our dinner tonight at Junz. Everything was tasty and delicious. The service was really fast. The ambiance was comfortable and relaxed. The nigiri was perfect and they gave us some really nice pieces of fish. The hand rolls were especially nice as well. I also loved the mochi. Sometimes it’s not frozen at the right temperature or whatever so it was pleasantly surprising that I ate all of my serving. My only complaint is that I didn’t like the spoons with my miso lol. I’m not into an American spoon with my Japanese soup haha for some reason I just don’t like that disconnect. But obviously that’s just nitpicking so I wouldn’t subtract a star for something so minute. So far this is one of the better places that I have found that isn’t too far from home. I will probably be back. 🙂

Wife and I both became horribly sick after eating here. Almost didnt make it home. Will never go again. Sushi has no tolerance for poor handling, and paying 100$ for dinner for 2 with no drinks I expect the food to be top notch. You cant let yourself slip on safe food standards.

Best sushi I’ve had. I’m #basic so I don’t eat raw fish sushi. When someone tries to convince my to try, I swallow it whole to suffer less lol. BUT MAN OH MAN THIS PLACE. I tried the spicy salmon. The roll with the least amount of salmon just to try! And omg it was the best! If all raw fish sushi tasted like that, I would eat it more often! The pics didn’t do it much justice but it was so stinkin’ good. Also loved the salad bc it was actually romaine instead of iceberg like most places. Server was very friendly. Bummed they didn’t have a sushi roll lunch special, and the rolls don’t come with salad or soup. But everything was delicious anyways.
