An awesome place to eat – fish
Alessandra and her team do an amazing job to put their guests right away at ease an let them enjoy a variety of good looking and even better tasting fish and seafood dishes. The restaurant is a little off center but can be easily reached by public transport.
We chose the 7 course tasting menu that I can recommend to everyone new to the Dogma. The wine pairing topped this very pleasant evening by discovering exceptional italian wines that matched the food perfectly and were explained with dedication and a good expertise by Alessandra. The culinary experience was worth the expense and we are very much looking forward to come back to the Dogma on our next trip to Rome. Thank you for this very pleasant and personal evening.

Classy decor right when you walk in and the server was extremely knowledgeable with the wine and food. She was super friendly and fun to talk to as well, which definitely makes a difference for the wonderful experience we had. We were celebrating my birthday. We decided to do the chef’s 7 course meal and every bite was delicious and you can taste the dedication the chef out into each dish. I hope to return again!

FANTASTIC! don’t think twice. A hidden gem outside the city center. An absolutely thought-through menu, a focus on seafood. A fantastic selection of natural wines. Deserts to die for. Absolutely amazing and knowledgeable staff. The somelié lady was the best!

We Need More Restaurants Like This
I honestly have no words to describe my experience at this restaurant. The owners, a couple who have created the perfect recipe for success, have poured their passion into every detail. The owner, who is also a sommelier, was incredibly kind and guided us perfectly when it came to the wines. The restaurant is located just outside of city center, but the trip is absolutely worth it as the scenery is breathtaking. The staff is extremely polite and never makes you feel rushed. The food is simply wonderful and imaginative. The prices are extremely reasonable for the amount, the food quality and the whole experience. The wines are unique, as they work exclusively with small vineyards. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

A very pleasant fine dining experience at Dogma Restaurant.
The staff were very friendly and polite and the atmosphere was terrific for a date setting.
It will be very beneficial if effort is made towards improving the first four courses including the bread, since the rest of the dishes were very satisfactory.
A Michelin star could be in this restaurant’s future.

Sunday night, dinner date, we opted for the 5 courses menu and we enjoyed every dish. The service was excellent, attentive and warm. Every dish was utterly delicious and perfectly balanced. The starters, the risotto with cauliflower and anchovies … everything cooked to perfection with love. Never boring, exceeded all our expectations. Kudos!

My husband and I came here and tried the five course tasting menu. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and friendly. When asked what wine we’d like we weren’t sure so the wine expert, who also happens to be one of the owners came over to help us pick something. All of the courses were incredible, the risotto is the best we’ve ever eaten. We found it was excellent value for money with the whole experience being exceptional.
