If you haven’t been to Mango Thai yet, RUN — don’t walk. This place seriously never misses. Every dish is packed with bold, authentic flavor and tastes unbelievably fresh every single time. You can tell so much love and care goes into the food.
The drinks? SO good. Whether you’re getting something refreshing or something a little stronger, they absolutely nail it every time. It just completes the whole experience.
And yes — sometimes there’s a wait. But you simply can’t rush food this good. When everything is made fresh and with this much care, it’s worth every single minute. Trust me. So worth it.
The service is truly unmatched. The staff is beyond warm and welcoming — constantly checking in, making sure everything is perfect, and making you feel genuinely taken care of. The vibe is cozy, inviting, and always consistent.
I’m completely obsessed with the sesame chicken — perfectly crispy, flavorful, and crave-worthy every time. My boyfriend is ride-or-die for the yellow curry and says it’s the best he’s had anywhere.

Stopped in for a late lunch and were the only ones in the restaurant. Service was great. The food was good. A bowl of soup, cup of soup, yellow curry and an appetizer sampler was $77. There is an additional fee if you pay with a card. Worth a try, but probably won’t return. Highly recommend the coconut shrimp.

I’ve been going here for years and it will always be my go-to thai place. I haven’t had a dish that didn’t meet my expectations. I’ve tried mango curry at several different places on the north shore, this place’s mango curry blows away the competition. Highly recommend the mango curry, spicy basil fried rice, or any of their chef’s recommended dishes!

I ordered Pad Thai Country – Medium spice and spicy wings appetizer. Wings were dry, and covered in cilantro (which tastes terrible to me). Pad Thai Country had a weird taste to it.
Lastly, your tiny little sign advertising that you charge 3.5% convenience fee for credit card users only. If it applies only to credit card users, it is not a convenience fee, it is a credit card fee. “Due to rising costs of everything” “we’re asking you to pay a small convenience fee of 3.5%”. I tried to say no. It is not an ask; it is a required. Nice try. My advice – drive on. You can get way better Thai food without all the secret cilantro and mysterious fees.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. The food is delicious and they are also aware of allergies and other dietary needs (e.g vegetarian). It’s like the only place me (veggie) and my boyfriend (celiac) can eat in the area that’s also DELICIOUS so we come here like every week. Plus they play great music and the staff is super nice. If you live in Tewksbury/Lowell you should 100% come!!

So we were at mango 2 for dine-in on Friday night with friends and had pleasantly good experience. It’s kid friendly. We also ordered a take out chicken basil fried rice for the next day. We DO NOT eat steak as part of religious thing. There were pieces of steak/ something ( definitely not chicken) on the takeout. We had to throw out the food without eating. Very very unacceptable. Fairly new to the area and wanted to try a new Thai restaurant. I usually have my “go to” dishes that I always get at a typical Thai joint. I got thunder noodles (same/similar to drunken noodle) that came with ground chicken, garlic fried rice and crispy chicken.
Sadly, I was very disappointed! I originally called to get tofu with my thunder noodles but the lady stated that “no substitutions were allowed”. I did find this strange as I have never encountered this problem with switching out the protein. The garlic fried rice lacked the “garlic and fried” aspect. It also was very soggy. The crispy chicken had absolutely no authentic Thai flavor! It tasted more like a Chinese dish.

I’d leave a 0 star if I could. Food is alright, service is horrible. Ate in once and had to wait over an hour and a half for food. Tried again later by placing an order online. Took over 2 hours and 15 minutes to get food. Horrible service, don’t waste your time waiting

Good food, but slow service. Mango chicken was delicious! And when you ask for spicy, it really is spicy, which is amazing. The mango fried rice was okay. Not impressed. Wasn’t spicy, but then again I’m accustomed to very spicy food so maybe that was just me. phone never to come back I will definitely get the mango chicken however the mango rice naah.
In terms of service, it was good but really slow they came by multiple times to refill the water which we really did appreciate.
