Recycled taco shells and taco salad shells in my super nacho chips. Kinda gross to me. The taco shells are fine I guess but the taco salad shells obviously have a different texture. If your are charging full price can I please just get all regular chips? I know times are hard but dang!!!

Service is fast and food is okay. Good hot sauce you can mask any bad taste with. Parking lots a little strange and difficult to exit depending on time of day. The giant tacos and burritos are good.

I actually really love this place, until the last couple of times I gotten tacos from there, normally the ratio of filling is decent but the last few times hardly any meat at all, if I wanted mostly lettuce and cheese I would have gotten a salad.

This was my first visit to any Taco Casa. These are my thoughts. From the outside the restaurant is very attractive. The parking lot was very clean and large enough for lots of customers. Outside seating is available and the area was imaculate. The first place I went was the restroom. One urinal and one toilet. Two hand washing sinks. The restroom was not very clean. On the toilet the automatic flush control was not working. The young lady who took my order did not greet me or even ask what I would like. She simply stared at me until I began to order. No upsell or order suggestions were made. While waiting another gentleman who had already ordered and paid was noticably frustrated. After going to the counter and asking about the status of his order with his receipt in hand and not given his food he chose to leave because he was going to be late for work otherwise. No apology was offered to him and he simply lost his meal and money. This was probably going to be his meal at work. The restaurant was neater than the restroom, but still seemed to not be in the order it should be. My order took about 10 minutes to be ready in spite of at least 8 people working behind the counter. The food was good. I two things from the menu. One single item and 3 of another. The food looked good. The taste and temperature were underwhelming, however. When I arrived there were only a handful of tables occupied inside. The drive thru was full of at least 10 cars. Maybe the food quality suffered because of how busy it was at the time. But shouldn’t the food quality be the same all of the time? I did really like how much cheese was given at first. The temperature made even that not so great. Free refills were given and the employee who helped me with mine was very nice and helpful. I asked for a price of a gallon of because despite a sign promoting the purchase of tea by the gallon I couldn’t find the price on the menu. Even the shift manager was unsure and told me it was “like $3.69”. I do recommend the sweet tea! But, I should have gone to Taco Bell.

This is a great place to eat the service is always amazing everyone is friendly always willing to help the food is great and consistent if you go in and order a burrito one week you will get the same tasting burrito next week I like coming here because it is close to the edge of town and there’s plenty of parking it’s close to other shopping also

I went in to get my meal replaced, got told by some women (no name tag and didn’t tell me who she was) came up to my husband very rude and unprofessional telling him “next time we won’t honor it with out the product.” I called over two weeks ago with their mess up, I ordered the #5 family meal and was missing a taco and my burritos were made completely wrong. Normally very professional and respectful but this woman was very rude and makes me not want to ever go back! Fix the issue or I’ll take this lady to corporate.

My family and I ate here today. And the food was great and the young lady working the front counter who took our order was fabulous and very polite. We ordered at 4:21 on August 3rd .Just wanna tell that young lady thank you for being so kind. That is rare nowadays with this younger generation
