Placement of menu screen makes it difficult to read from a car. Nextdoor stall screen was easier to see and read, however did not have full menu displayed. Being Out of bacon and not posting a notice is not acceptable. At least they posted notice about restrooms.

Full cup of ice in my Dr Pepper tonight when it obviously states no ice. Also about 90% of the time there is soda all down the side of the cup then they never have napkins on them and have to go back inside to retrieve them just so you can wipe off the cup yourself to place it in your car.

The last four times we have eaten here our order was completely wrong and definitely NOT fresh. the service….. We get fast, friendly service every time we go here. I’ve had to drive 12 miles back to return an order that was in no way correct. Disappointed.

Every time I go to the Harrisburg location and try to order I have to play hit and miss to find a stall that actually works. Well I’m tired of trying after four or five tries and hitting a bad one every time I give up. I’ll go somewhere else and eat.
