We will NOT be back here, but I would recommend to spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Food:
-Baked beans had no flavor. Honestly tasted like bush baked beans.
-broasted potatoes were unfortunately the best thing and even that was not good. The outside of the skin was crispy and I was so excited to eat these at first glance. They were large cuts of potatoes, I expect potato wedges to be smaller because the insides were undercooked.
-chicken looked so promising!! But the inside was so greasy and had no flavor. The skin was crisp but the inside of the chicken held ALL the grease. I don’t know how you fix that, but I’ve been to other chicken places and that has not happened.
-rolls were dry. I am not a professional baker, but it felt like they used a bread recipe instead of a roll recipe. Dinner rolls need some fat/milk incorporated so they don’t dry out in the oven.
Service: the cashier was very nice. She kept checking on my order to see if it was ready. We waited an extra 10 mins from when the ETA was.

Enjoyed our dinners. The shrimp in the dinner combos was outstanding. The broasted chicken was pretty good. Breading was good on it and crispy. Breast had a good chunk of meat on it. The 1/4 of ribs was very tender and fall off bone type. Fried mushrooms were deliciou, but they need to give cocktail sauce with them, not 1000 Island.
Macaroni cheese bites were good and big. Gave a 4 star because I did not expect the small cups of sides. I thought the sides in the dinners would have been a bit bigger. Like another 2 ozs, maybe. But we were filled up on the meals we got; 2 piece chickens, 4 large fried shrimps, 1/4 of ribs, 2 sides, and a small dinner roll.
The young lady at the counter was smiling and had a great attitude. That alone made me happy. Yes, we will be back again for more. Wish they had tables or booths to sit and have a relaxing dinner. They have stools to sit at but not comfortable for my back to sit on for a long period. Glad to see it reopen under new management and wish them all the best.

We only get food to go. You have to like mustard a lot to enjoy their potato salad. The cornbread is good. The baked beans are ok. I ordered mango slaw but got roasted potatoes in my meal, which I do not like. The broasted chicken is the best I have had. The ribs were very tender. They do have the best hot butter sauce around. My husband goes at least 1x weekly for the 20 piece chicken wings.

Sorry but our food was not good and I picked it up at the time it suggested me to.
Fish was cold and had soggy batter.
Onion rings were cold.
Shrimp was soggy.
Potato salad had no flavor.

Last time I came here…it was a restaurant (sit-down). Now it’s more or less a carry-type out.
I talked with the “older lady” LOL for a while and let me tell you….She was so very friendly. Felt like she was my younger sister. We just talked about life. Nice to talk to someone with a personality.
The food was amazing. Broasted Chicken was excellent, fries and chicken noodle soup (not your typical noodle soup).
My mother was pleased and that is all that matters.
This place has been around forever…I think since 1947.
Will be back again! Did I mention clean?

The broasted chicken and potato wedges taste delicious! Made fresh to order. The brick and mortar establishment inside was cold, had very loud music, and a lot of wasted space that could be better utilized with table and chairs. Thus the 4-stars instead of 5-stars.

$23.83, yes, that’s how much of my hard earned cash I wasted at this establishment. We ordered a 4 piece dinner with broasted potatoes (if you can call them that, please see attached photos) they were puny and way over cooked just shy of burnt a side of something called a 3 bean chicken casserole. After one bite of that, I introduced it to my kitchen garbage can. The advertisement suggesting it was delicious was awesome at the counter a 2” X 2” post it note taped to the front of the register area ( could it be any tackier than that? I think not, take it down, it’s a lie). Both dinners were suppose to come with this 3 green bean disaster but that didn’t happen. We somehow ended up with a side of baked beans, which we also discarded for obvious reasons. So, what to do to rectify this situation? Call the establishment! only to be told “I was wrong (which means I was being deceitful) and this girl “watched” my order being made; judge for yourself, do those baked beans look like green beans to you? Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Rarely do I ever hang up on anyone but when it became apparent all this girl wanted to do was argue with me, I wished the business well and swore to her we WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME at this place. I hope moving forward, you heed my advice: first, close for a week and get the mop buckets out, the place is filthy; have you seen your air vents? a crash course for your employees in respect to proper customer service, revisit proper cooking procedures; please see potato pictures, and perhaps orders would get made correctly if they didn’t have a 10 year old behind the counter distracting them, Colton seemed like a nice kid for sure but should he really be that close to all those broilers? By the way, I had to leave 1 star or I couldn’t leave this review, advice to anyone reading this, in the mood for chicken? MISTER CHICKEN has been around for over 60 years and there’s a reason for that; the food is always consistent, service is always friendly, and most importantly, clean. Take your $23.83 somewhere that appreciates!

Apparently a Greek salad with grilled chicken doesn’t include beets or olives and only comes with breaded chicken nuggets tiny pieces and i thought it seemed heavy but it was because of the huge chunks of lettuce. I don’t know why restaurants that carry Greek salads dont know what goes in them??
