5 Stars – Outstanding Service!

I’ve never left a review for a Starbucks before, but the experience I had at the Starbucks on I-45 & Louetta truly blew me away. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive in a way I’ve never seen at any other location. Not only did they bring me my drink to the table, but they also checked on nearly every guest to make sure we were all satisfied and taken care of—like we were at a full-service restaurant.

Victoria, the manager, is clearly doing an exceptional job leading this team. The store was clean, organized, and had a positive energy that made it stand out. I was highly impressed with the way everything was run. This is the gold standard of what Starbucks service should look like. Keep it up!

Last night, my family member and I had a flat tire and we were lucky enough to pull into the parking lot here. I went in to ask the address for this location to alert roadside assistance. The staff was so kind. It was close to closing, so they were starting to break things down for the evening. However, the young man at the counter was so pleasant and helpful. He went above and beyond during a stressful moment. Cannot say enough good things about this location.

Please update your hours if you decide to close early. It says you’re still open for another 1.5 hours. Your employee at the drive thru around 3pm also declines to take our order because you are “ now closed” and “out of coffee” but took the large order for the person ahead of us. I get it, working holidays sucks but you work for a company that decided to be open and offer a service. This is the second horrible experience from this location which is why I am now leaving this review. The store manager was so unprofessional on red cup day as well.

I ordered my usual drink, which has always come with foam at other Starbucks locations I visit. When it came without foam, I simply asked whether it was standard here or not, since I’ve never had to request it as an add-on before. I wasn’t upset, just trying to understand the difference.

The barista at the drive-thru was very kind and willing to help, but the manager chimed in unexpectedly and told me, in a noticeably rude tone, that foam was not part of the drink. I didn’t ask for a manager, and the way it was said felt unnecessary.

I had no issue paying for it if that’s how this location handles it. The attitude just made the whole interaction uncomfortable, so I don’t think I’ll be returning. I do want to acknowledge the drive-thru barista, she handled the situation with kindness and professionalism.

I placed a mobile pickup order for two blended drinks and two food items. The order was supposed to be ready at 11:36 AM. I arrived at 11:20 AM and waited in the long drive-thru line, not reaching the speaker until 11:40 AM. When I told the employee I was there for my mobile order, it still took another 10 minutes to reach the window.

At the window, I was handed two cold food items (a sandwich and a wrap/burrito that should have been warm) and two completely melted drinks. I politely asked if the drinks could be re-blended or remade since I had already been waiting over 30 minutes. The employee seemed bothered and went to “check with the manager.” After waiting another 10 minutes, the manager came to the window and asked me to pull up by the umbrellas so she could bring out my remade drinks personally.

I waited another 45 minutes, and no one ever came out. I know exactly how long I waited because I was already clocked in to work during all of this. In total, I lost an hour and a half dealing with this order.

I had to go back through the drive-thru line again. When I finally got to the window, the employee handed me the same melted drinks and sarcastically asked if they were “better.” They were clearly the same drinks from earlier. She then asked if I needed straws, for a blended drink, obviously I do.

This experience was completely unacceptable.
I need management or corporate to contact me immediately. I am requesting a full refund for all items AND additional compensation for the hour and a half of lost time, the inconvenience, and the extremely poor service I received.

Your staff needs proper training, and no customer should ever experience something like this.

This is my second time coming to this Starbucks and the last time I got a caramel macchiato and I requested for extra Carmel drizzle and it didn’t have any at all! But did get charged for it. I came again today 7/25 and I got a frappe with extra Carmel drizzle and it didn’t have any either !!! I’m not usually the type of person to complain but I don’t think it’s fair to not put any caramel at all when I paid extra for it. And I’m pretty sure the frappe have Carmel around the cup. Everytime I go to Starbucks else where it does.

The staff members here were professional, patient, and fast. All five of our drinks were prepared correctly and in a timely manner. The store was clean, and their shelves stocked nicely. Thank you for the good experience.
