This location deserves some praise. They work hard and I’ve done multiple pick ups at this mall location of larger orders and they are normally ready to go. Opposed to the location next to chipotle, these guys actually put a good amount of meat, cheese and toppings on their subs. Keep it up!

Placed an order on 7/9/23 for a 5:45pm pickup. Store was supposed to be open until 6pm. Got there at 5:40p and the lights were all off with an employee sweeping up. I asked about my online order and he said they were closed and there was nothing he could do about my credit card being charged and me not having any food ready. I submitted feedback through Subway website right away and heard nothing back. I submitted another round of feedback about the experience today, 8/28/23. Not expecting to hear anything back and definitely won’t be giving this Subway location my business ever again.

Ordered through door dash today. They called me and said they said they were out of the meat for one of my sandwiches (no biggie) received my order the bread was so stale, literally three slices of meat which had weird grey tint to it. I’ll make sure to order from a different location for the future

Went there today to grab two turkey subs. The woman making the subs had some of her long hair on her glove and it was dragging on the food. She noticed and I noticed it. I wanted to see if she was going to be honest and remake the sub… nope she picked it out, changed her gloves and kept going. Didn’t remake the sub. Needless to say I won’t be going back there.

Horrendous. That is the only way to describe my experience.
1st.) It sounded like the lady was getting mad at me for no reason. It’s somehow my fault for not being able to understand her accent with alot of people around.
2nd.) The food was just awful. Worst tasting Subway I’ve had. The sandwich was ice cold. Even after toasted it was ice cold. Cheese was barely melted and the bread was barely crisp if that.

This place has the worst workers ever, they are not personable and they just expect you to know exactly what you want when you’re up there. If you don’t or hesitate on any decision they make remarks and gestures. I’m emailing subway right away and telling them that they should shut this store down because I’ve been working at the mall for the past six months and all I got from the subway workers is nothing but attitude and badly made sandwiches.

We ordered via Doordash for lunch. It was AWFUL! The food was garbage. (Not our doordashers fault…) I don’t know why we ordered from Subway. The quality of food has gone straight down the crapper over the past few years. Will never order from there again.

I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting today for someone to come out from the back to take my order, no one came. Why are you even open when there are no workers out front? I saw two other people after me wanting to also place an order and still no one came out. Anyone who wants to eat fresh in the mall just go over to the other side at Lettuce Eat Fresh. The was three workers there with smiles on, eagerly waiting to take my order and I had my lunch in two minutes. And it is much better than Subway. This store is a joke and apparently doesn’t want anyone’s business so they hide in the back!

Go there, gentlemen was on his phone. I ordered a chicken and bacon ranch sub. He had no idea what I was talking about. I ha to show him on the sign where it was. Then the oven was broken. Then he didn’t add bacon. It’s called chicken and bacon ranch. Then he told me bacon is not prepared. Then rings me up. Cant print out a receipt. It’s broken! Very unhappy! Will not go their again.

Went there ordered my food went to pay using a subway gift card that has 50 dollars on it the worker said it’s not a subway card even tho it says subway on it and I have the gift receipt and I called just to double check. He had a straight up attitude. I asked for a manager and he said there isnt a manager at this location lol like ok buddy
