So, I came across this place on YouTube, and so I finally got my chance to check it out in person. It was great! There was a great selection of beers available as well as a decent lineup of games. Not bad at all, especially since they’re free to play so you can play all night if you want. Definitely worth the 4 and a half hour drive (I saw a Pirates game beforehand)!

We went to Pins Mechanical Co. for my friend’s birthday. There were seven of us, all coming off 10 hour shifts. We paid $10 each twice for duckpin bowling and were mid game when a short dark haired heavy set dude with tattoos (picture Lord Farquaad) told our entire group we had to leave because my sister briefly put her head down. He claimed she was “asleep”. She was not asleep and was fully alert when he approached us. No warning, no conversation, just “you have to leave.”
When we questioned it, he said we could finish the current game but then had to go. Our DoorDash arrived, so we sat down for a few minutes to eat before finishing the games we had already paid for. He came back again and said since we were not actively bowling at that exact moment, we had to leave. It honestly felt like he was on a power trip and looking for a reason to push us out.
I asked the bartender (purple hair) if I could speak to a manager and if one was on site. She rolled her eyes, gave me a dirty look, and said, “Yeah, we’re getting one.” Completely unprofessional.
The manager was reasonable and told us we did not have to leave and could finish eating and finish our games. That should have been the response from the start.
We were respectful, paying customers celebrating a birthday. The way we were treated before the manager stepped in was unnecessary and disappointing.

Me and my friends come here to hang out all the time. We don’t drink so it’s basically just a free arcade. Cool place with bocce, with a 21+ cut off after 8 PM iirc, which is definitely much appreciated. That said, in the back near the bocce area there is a very strong smell of urine. It’s been there the last two times I’ve gone. I do not know why specifically it’s the bocce area that smells like urine but it doesn’t damper the overall experience too much. I’d recommend.

This was a very fun place for our teenager’s birthday. He had so much fun playing duck bowling and giant connect four. Mom and dad also enjoyed the bar.

Awesome time at pins. Very family friendly. Lots of free activities! We did the duck pin bowling with the kids and it was a blast. All the old arcade games are free along with ski ball and other activities. Go early on a weekday and it’s not crazy busy. They have a full bar and there is a pizza joint across the road. They don’t mind if you bring your own food.

I’ve been here a few times, no stars for the food just because I haven’t had it yet but it always looks good. Staff have always been nice and helpful, the arcade games downstairs are free and pinball upstairs is $1. Great place to have a nice night out on a budget. No kids past 8 or 9 I think good music.

Came here with friends and had a wonderful time. The drinks were great and the atmosphere was enjoyable. We loved playing arcade games and duck pin bowling. The slide was a highlight of mine!

The outgoing message on the phone gave the incorrect information regarding the time at which 21+ began – it wound up being an hour earlier (new policy…)The kids were, as you might imagine, pretty bummed. Not a great look for management… and not for nothing, but the music was surprisingly vulgar despite all of the kids who were there with their families before the 21+ kicked in. I wonder if that, too, is part of the new policy.
