Do not eat here. We ordered to go food via the ihop app and had one of the worst experiences. The app told us the food would be ready at 7:08pm. My husband walked in the restaurant at 7:08 pm exactly. He was immediately told that they were short staffed, and that our food was not ready yet. The entire store smelled of marijuana, and multiple guest who were leaving complained of the amount of time it took to receive their food while dining-in. It took OVER half an hour PAST the time our food was supposed to be ready to actually receive our food.
“To add insult to injury” when we got home my son found the LARGEST CLUMP OF HAIR (that’s right I said CLUMP) in his omelette I have ever seen in my life!! We were also missing bacon for an entire meal. My husband literally had melted cheese on his pancake!! My daughter’s meal was burnt to a crisp.
Literally, avoid this restaurant at all cost. It’s a waste of time, money, and their food is not even edible.

Came in for a later dinner (8:00-ish) on a week night and we were seated within a few minutes. First impressions were sights of tables & empty booths still loaded with dirty dishes. After getting our beverage from the hostess, it was about 10-minutes before our order was taken by the waitress. She apologized for the delay, crediting it to two different $200+ orders in their back dining area (and apparently understaffed to accommodate). Otherwise, only one or two other booths were occupied.
The mozzarella sticks came out quickly, but then we waited quite awhile until a third restaurant employee brought out our meal—still somewhat warm. Our original waitress was good enough to come back later with our check, still blaming the “church group” for her absence.
All in all, it seemed like a bunch of young employees were trying to run this restaurant tonight in absence of a real manager or anyone who could take charge and help out.

Went here on a Saturday about 12:30 pm. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with ” there’s a wait, we only have two servers and two cooks and all the tables need cleaned” when we said we would wait she replied with ” I don’t know how long you’ll have to wait” she then proceeded to stand there next to another employee and chat for a bit.
More people came in behind us and she repeated her script and then continued to just hang out. After seeing more than one customer get up looking for a server we just left.
Y’all just opened back up and you’ll be closed in 6 months if you keep this up. Good luck!

Our waitress was great! She was sweet and attentive. The cleanliness of the store was NOT great! Our ketchup and syrup were stuck in the condiment cadi. The menus, chairs, and tables smelled like mildew.

Tried this lication yet again due to continue seeing tv spots for deals, but as before, no service and a no care attitude, was told 15minute wait but during that time the other 5 groups in front of us were never seated and no one came to front counter. Was able to see several tables empty and they were to employees just seating at a table folding kids menus instead or waiting on guest. No manager or management to be seen directing this chaos as before. How long will it last this time before shutting down again.

We arrived on a Friday morning at 6:45 am (12/27) and were not allowed to order from the house faves until 7 am which makes no sense to me. My husband and I are early birds and like to eat breakfast early so it would be nice if they would allow the house faves to start at 6 am. Aside from that, upon entering, it smelled like the floors were mopped with a sour mop. Very off putting! Our table had sticky stuff on it, our bench had food stuck to the side of it, our silverware was dirty and my glass had food in it when it arrived at our table. The male hostess who seated us stayed at our table and talked to us incessantly. Don’t get me wrong, we are friendly people but it ruins the experience when you don’t have any privacy. He kept seating customers in the wrong sections even though I heard the waitress tell him multiple times where to seat them. I could see where the employees would get annoyed after having to repeat the same thing multiple times while also trying to take care of their tables. Our waitress Krystl was excellent!! My husband said his burrito was good. My pancakes were average and eggs undercooked. I understand that with being newly opened, things need to be worked out. Just giving my honest opinion. I would like to see more selections on the menu. We will try to eat here again and I will update my review as needed. We wish you much success!

No idea what the food tastes like, never got served. Which leads to the issue, horrible service, multiple couples and families standing at door waiting to be seated, once at the table, waited ten minutes to get coffee , never had a waitress arrive at the table. Walked out without service. WILL NOT BE BACK, same bullshit that closed it the last time. Be a nice restaurant if it had better, or any service.
Don’t bother, not worth it, build a waffle house to take it’s place.

I used to love IHOP but I think almost $15 for a child to eat a old cold burnt crusty hamburger is ridiculous. She kept chewing her food and spitting it on the plate. I took a bite and I couldn’t eat it either. Pretty baby when a 2 year old won’t eat here. Our waitress was really good tho.
