Sweet Tooth Cafe provided lunch boxes for a meeting I attended. The ham in the sandwich was flavorful, with a perfect smoked flavor, and the wheat bread soft. The vegetable beef soup was delicious, too. The perfect finish was a tasty chocolate chip cookie! Because this was one of the best boxed lunches I have ever had, I will be stopping by the café to enjoy more options.

Very busy little place with excellent food options. Some very different choices, like the portabella, chicken, feta stack salad I tried. Great choice and each fork full uncovered another wonderful surprise. The staff were friendly and courteous, but very busy.

This is one of the best lunches I’ve had in a LONG time and I travel all over the country. Such a friendly staff, and every single bite was amazing! You can tell they care about their customers, use the right ingredients, and cook them with love. Outstanding place you have to visit. Rogersville is a great little town and this is the best lunch spot I have found. Others have been good, this place is the lunch I think I’ll be served when I get to Heaven!

Our school reserved a private Christmas dinner here in 2013. Fabulous chicken and southern food. The deserts were a buffet style at the end. May be one of the best restaurants I have ate at in the entire state of Tennessee. Still remember how delicious it was to this day! I would give this 6 stars if I could.

One sign of a really good place to eat is a long line, which is pretty much the standard here. The decor is very charming and the restaurant has a lot of personality. The employees are very friendly and willing to accommodate any special requests. I’ve never had a bad meal here but my go-to recommendations would be the chicken quesadilla (available daily) and the pork loin with green beans and mashed potatoes (available as the Friday special). Her chicken and waffles are always good, though she rarely serves them and her chicken tenders are never disappointing. I guess you can sense a trend coming on here – I LOVE chicken. Anyway, do check out Sweet Tooth when you are in Rogersville. The servings are always plentiful and delicious.

Lunch menu consisted of soup and BBQ sandwich. Small portions and the BBQ sandwich was slightly burned, black around the edges, meat was very dry, no mayonnaise or pickles, tasted like two pieces of dry buns and dry pulled pork. Staff was very nice and the place was clean. Table behind us with occupied with about six to seven men who were extremely loud and screaming bothering all other customers. Someone from management should have approached them and asked them to quieten down.
