Absolutely amazing halal Indo-Pak restaurant! The lamb biryani was full of flavor, the chicken tandoori with saffron rice was perfectly cooked and aromatic. The masala chai was delicious, rich, spiced, and comforting.

What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff were kind and courteous, even allowing us to use part of their dining area for prayers. Excellent food, warm service, and genuine care for their guests. Highly recommended!

If you’re craving bold North Indian flavors, the Kadhai Paneer at Silsila Tandoori Flame is an absolute must-try.
The dish arrives sizzling hot, with soft cubes of paneer tossed in a rich, spiced tomato-based gravy. The balance of flavors is excellent — slightly smoky, mildly tangy, and perfectly spiced without being overwhelming. The freshly cut bell peppers and onions add a nice crunch and freshness that complements the creamy paneer beautifully. You can really taste the freshly ground kadhai masala, which gives it that authentic dhaba-style touch.

This is the best Indian food I’ve ever eaten! The spices were so lovely, and different from what I’ve had. Great service. I highly recommend this place. I’ll be eating here every time I come from California!

Ordered through DoorDash and just want to say that this is the best Indian spot I’ve found since moving to Portland. I ordered the classics – chicken tikka masala, chive and cheese naan, with a side of mango chutney. It was all so delicious and was excellent quality.

This restaurant is receiving 2 stars based solely on the food. I’d love to rate higher, but honestly the service left a lot to be desired. There was no welcoming vibe whatsoever. When my friend and I approached the restaurant, the waiter was leaning against the open door, standing outside. Instead of holding it for us, he walked backward, to close in front of him and waited for my classmate to open it themselves. That set things off on a weird foot and the guy just seemed annoyed and did not smile, did not offer any food updates.

Ive been here a few times including twice with a coworker when she visits from India. The food is delicious and traditional Indian food. Today the restaurant was really cold, but its always been clean, good service, and an overall great experience. I’ll be back again soon.

Great spot in the neighborhood. I mostly get take out, but occasionally go in and have a nice seated meal. Wait staff has always been very friendly and inviting. Tons of great veggie options, top tier naan. My favorite Indian spot in town

Never order from here. They are so rude, they tell you 2 minute wait for pickup and then every time you ask for an update they reply “just 2 more minutes” I pick up here several times a week and I am just done. The food sucks the heater is broken they need to clean. It’s gross. Never go here. It’s also Naan n Curry… and probably 3 more ghost kitchens because they suck and need 4 kitchens to fulfil their daily quota. TRASh!!!! I’d give 0 stars if possible
