First and foremost know we asked for a lot of substitute in our order. So please view pictures for what we ordered.
Wed give 9/10. Asada tacos were good, my pastor taco was just okay. We asked for most things on the side( our choice)
Everything was bomb. Our special requests were followed to a T. Price good for what you got. My husband’s carne asada fries were enormous and they used all actual cheese on the fries and no cheese sauces. Perfect and how it should be. Big helping of meat on it as well. I got a carne asada quesadilla it was fine. I hate when places put lettuce in the sour cream and guac and then need to pick thru the sour cream/guac thru the lettuce as a way to boost the largeness of the sides offered.

This is a food truck, not a restaurant. I had the chicken burrito and it may have been the best burrito i have ever had. They also provided me two small habanero salsa containers. It was nice and spicy and tasted homemade.
The service was friendly and the food came quick. A tip was never an option. Makes sense for take out, but it was nice to not feel any pressure via machine or tip jar.
10/10 I will return here one day.

Best and BIGGEST burritos in Cowlitz County. They are not cheap, but it’s worth driving from Longview to Woodland… to get their burritos or their Quesobirria tacos. I’ve had the California burritos with Asada . I’ve also had the chile relano burrito. (Pictured to show the size)! $30 + $5 cash top for a large burrito… ate half and will eat the other half tomorrow for lunch. Wife got quesobirria which was actually what it said it was. We got at papi chulos in Longview just a couple days before and they were busy, but get 2/5. El patron 5/5. Plus you can go eat by horseshoe lake or take your kids to the playground.

If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food that will make your taste buds do a happy dance, El Patrón is the place to be! I came in hungry and left questioning whether I’d ever eat anywhere else again.
First, let’s talk about the birria queso tacos—pure magic. The tender, flavorful meat, the perfectly crisped tortilla, and that rich, savory consommé for dipping? Absolute perfection. If you haven’t had these, are you even living?
Then there’s the Patrón Burrito—and let me tell you, this thing is not just a meal, it’s a commitment. It’s the size of a small baby (seriously, bring a car seat), and every bite is packed with bold flavors that make you wonder if you’ve somehow been transported to a little taquería in Mexico. Out of this world doesn’t even begin to cover it.
The portions are generous, the flavors are authentic, and the atmosphere makes you feel like family. Whether you’re a taco connoisseur or just someone who appreciates ridiculously good food, El Patrón is a must-visit. Just make sure you come hungry—you’re gonna need the extra stomach space!

Best carnitas in town! Love their salsas, especially the red one. The rice and beans are delicious. They have churros!! It’s always consistently delicious here. They had a watermelon agua fresca over summer that i still think about. I can’t say enough good things about this taco truck. We love it!

This is an excellent food cart right by Horshoe lake. Very accessible for a quick bite. Food is Amazing and fresh, customer service friendly and fast. The atmosphere isn’t the best though, its outdoor seating at picnic tables underneath a couple easy ups in a dirt parking lot on the backside of a Motorbike club. But the Food is So good!! We dont usually stay longer than enough time to eat.

Best little food truck I’ve found yet! Friendly service and excellent food. They just improved the outdoor seating before winter too. Parking is limited, but not too hard to find, and well worth the effort.

Excelent service. Food is phenomenal. Al Pastor torta was delicious and the burrito was big enough for two. Finally, a solid Mexican option in Woodland.
