Hooray, a beautiful bar is back in business! This place has a cozy, inviting and fun atmosphere that is unique in Fort Atkinson. This would be a great addition to a date or girl’s night! Delicious and creative cocktails plus an ample bourbon/whiskey selection.

Such a cool low key place! The range of different drinks and alcohol is very impressive! They have some very nice bourbon choices that are hard to get. The bar is immaculate! The staff was so friendly and we enjoyed hanging out with them for a little bit. Can’t wait to show my friends this spot for my bday weekend!

We went to Proof with friends for brunch, it was delicious! I had the panini melt with turkey, bacon, eggs and American cheese. SO good! And the potato bites were yummy too. Awesome service. We’ll be back!

Was there on Sat. night after searching the area for the best bars. The rating was spot-on, this place is fantastic and a must visit. Joe was super helpful and personable behind the bar with a great selection of cocktails & beers. Plus we got some dinner from food-2-go via Joe. Whenever we’re in the area we’ll be sure to stop by again.
