First let me say we used to LOVE this place but obviously there is a new/different manager since we’ve last gone because HE could’ve CARED LESS when I called about our issue. This place should be boycotted so HE can see how much of an impact POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE has. He was just SO RUDE AND SARCASTIC, it was almost laughable that he was really the manager. Whoever owns this location really needs to hire a shopper and then get the feedback on how this manager behaves and treats customers. Town center is such a quaint relaxing place that locals visit and even vacationers, you should APPRECIATE your customers and realize it’s because of them that you’re even open for business, but I’ll tell YOU this, there are MANY MORE GREAT PIZZA PLACES CLOSE BY, just google pizza near me. This place isn’t even in the top 5. But we knew it well, it’s very close by, so we went.
Let me pose the question: who ever had a red sauced spinach pizza? NEVER IN MY LIFE was that ever an option!! Everyone knows a spinach pizza has a white sauce, consisting of garlic ricotta mozzarella cheese. Well an order was placed over the phone as a dinner birthday gift from an out of town person at this delvecchios in weston for me to pick up. The order included a spinach pizza, the person on the phone who took the order didn’t ask what kind of spinach pizza, white or red? We thought it was because there was only ONE KIND, WHITE! But when I got home and opened the box, to my surprise it looked like the margherita pizza were also got! I was shocked, I called, the person told me he was sorry he didn’t confirm which kind of spinach pizza we wanted, white or red sauce, but when I called back to speak to the manger he was very obstinate and argumentative and said he would “reprimand “ the counter help. I told him it’s on him as the manger not on the order taker/counter help. I went on to ask him that if his restaurant offers 2 kinds of spinach pizza shouldn’t they confirm which one the customer wants? Where I’m from, (up north) there’s only ONE KIND, WHITE. So we didn’t know any different. This manager was very rude and said “I don’t know what you want”, “you need to say you want a white pie”!! Also from where I’m from,( up north) the customer is always right, it’s because of the customers that you even have a business, so keep that in mind! I see past customer service reviews and you have issues with this. You have poor customer service reviews. You handled this situation very poorly. I’d like the owner to reach out and if it’s you, you need to reflect on how you handled this situation and work to correct it and if you really don’t care, then close up shop because you don’t deserve to have a restaurant.

Absolutely the best pizza in Weston! The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, the sauce tastes fresh and authentic, and you can tell they’re using high-quality ingredients. The new chef really elevated everything — the flavors, the presentation, and the consistency are on another level.

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The owner even came to our table to check on us personally, which was such a nice touch. On top of that, they surprised us with an extra pizza to take home for a late-night snack—above and beyond hospitality! This place truly cares about its customers. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

Picked this place last minute on a Friday night. It overall was great. The white pizza was really good and the chicken wings had great seasoning. For the veggie pizza the red sauce maybe needed more salt as it kind of lacked some flavor. Chicken Cesar salad was seemingly freshly made and it was delicious. Pasta Fagioli soup tasted great as well. Staff was friendly and helpful on menu questions. Would definitely come back to this place again

They changed the Maragretta pizza. The new way, NOT good. The old way, DELICIOUS! If you call, order the old verson, it is way better. To the owner, you really need to change it back. We ordered what we thought was what we order before, it got thrown away. Spent a lot of money on a large and ate 1/2 pc.

Came in to eat here for the first time in a few months and the new person working the counter and making pizzas is such a friendly nice guy. The pizza was excellent or maybe I should stay out of this world really. I had a white pie and I had a vegetable pie. They were both excellent. He came over and checked on us to make sure everything was all right. Very very friendly guy I forget his name but he’s a very nice guy. I have always stopped here to eat with my family or my kids I’m happy to see that they have someone in there that knows how to make pizzas and are good with customer service too. Will definitely be coming back, and no I will not wait months to come back I definitely will be back next week. Keep up the good work! And keep making awesome pizza!

This was the best pizza my family has ever eaten.
I haven’t been to New York yet but after having this authentic New York style pizza it’s our next trip.
The “pie” was so amazing. We got half cheese half pepperoni. We also got one bacon pizza.
We ordered the Alfredo but just missed out on the lunch size. So we got the dinner and saved some food for leftovers. It’s very much a comfort food.
The staff was amazing and the environment was clean and tidy. They had seasonings/toppings to add to the slices as you wish.
The soda was also good my daughter wanted me to add that as we have had bad luck with flat soda.
The soup btw was minestrone it was different than I was expecting as I’m used to olive garden as my closet point of reference. We rather enjoyed it too!
*The bathroom was super clean* this is always a good thing.
Overall: This was a huge win for our vacation. The family favorite was the bacon pizza!

The pizza was good but oddly the boxes smelled like cleaning products, which then made the bottom of the pizza smell like cleaning products. I have walked into this site before and the cleaning products smell is so overpowering we left. We would like to try again but they need to use less toxic/smelly cleaners.

I’m originally from New York and this place took me back on a little trip with every single bite. We ordered pizza slices and this is a true NY slice that made me feel like I was down in mulberry street( chef’s kiss)pasta fagioli (best I’ve tasted) and the garlic rolls had a perfect crust on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside…with just the right amount of garlic… My husband had the chicken parm and he says hands down, top notch! I had that eggplant which is always risky because I’m pretty picky …
