I got the sandwich dry It’s just ok; it wasn’t trying to be anything special.
The bread is dense a bit sniff & dry so that’s not what I wanted in my mouth.
The bbq sauce they use here is a bit odd it’s a bit spicy tangy in my opinion so get it on the side if you don’t like that.
Employees were very friendly.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any food place.
Wingstop has officially earned the title of worst company ever. The service is garbage — slow, rude, and completely unprofessional. I waited over 45 minutes for a simple order of wings, only to be handed cold, soggy, greasy mess that tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. No apology, no accountability, just attitude.
The fries were limp, the wings had zero flavor, and the ranch tasted off. I honestly don’t even think they care. I’ve given them multiple chances and it’s always a disaster — wrong orders, missing items, ridiculously long wait times, and filthy locations.
Save yourself the frustration and your money. There are way better wing places out there. Wingstop is a complete joke.

I asked for well-done wings — they gave me rubbery, undercooked trash that looked and tasted like they were microwaved straight from the freezer. The fries were a soggy salt explosion, and the drink machine was broken. Again.
Customer service? Nonexistent. They act like you’re bothering them by simply picking up the food you already paid for. No eye contact, no apology, just a cold bag slapped on the counter.
I don’t know what happened to this company — they used to be okay. Now it feels like they’re daring customers to walk out angry. Mission accomplished. Never again.

I went there after church and the atmosphere was great. Leah took my order and she was very courteous. I was surprised because young people these days can be bad in customer service. She took my order and was all around very nice. My order was to go so when it was ready a gentleman brought my bag to me. He didn’t call my name and have me come to the counter. That made me feel so special. They were great! I review places all the time and this was one of the best all around. Thank you and God bless you!!!

The quality of this place is terrible when you ask for something they tell you they’ll do it and they’ll tell you the wait time for it and they never do as you ordered. This is the third order that I’ve had with them not promising me my order I won’t be coming here anymore.

I ordered my meal 2.5 hours in advance, but when I arrived, it was another 35-minute wait. The food was good but not worth that kind of wait. This is the 3rd time this has occurred. Something is wrong with their expediting process.

Hello I went to this location to pick up an order around 4:45pm today. I first encountered a very nice young person with short blonde hair. He advised me that my order was still being worked on. I waited patiently for about 15 minutes. I watched the back cooks start to put a lot of togo orders on the racks. The nice young person to originally helped me was on a long phone call helping a customer. At this time a few people walk in to order or pick up orders. A Tall African American man comes out and asks the people that came in after me if he could help them. They had a pick up order and in my frustration I wait until he’s done with that person. He then goes to help the next person behind me, I say excuse me, I’ve been wanting for a while, has my order come up yet. He blows me off and helps the woman that came in after me. I will never go to this location again and anyone that reads this please find out who owns these stores in Lancaster and if the same owner as this one has them all, please get your wings from Coaches or Boom Chicken. Clearly customer service is not this owner priority by the way his or her employees treat them.
