Stopped in on our getaway weekend to Piegon Forge. Bartender and cook was phenomenal! Hard to find a good bartender to make an old fashioned the right way! We were impressed with everything we tried. But the atmosphere and conversation was the most fun.

The bar tender is very rude. Absolutely needs a different job. He Did not want to serve us. He has acted like its a hassel to serve a drink. One drink not five just one. I also came in the night before around 830 to eat. I said may I see a menu He said yeah but it will be a long time before you will get food because I just took an order for 5 people. The attitude was 100% I dont want to serve you or give you a menu. I just turned and walked out and went to the next restaurant up the street. Tonight I gave it a second shot. Same experience again. 5 people at the bar. He acted like her didn’t want to make a drink or serve you. This experience makes me think twice about staying at the hotel again. We are nice people and big tippers. Too bad someone with this attitude is in customer service field of work.

Went here with my wife and daughter and appetizer and all our food was worse I’ve had in a long time between cold food water that tasted like it came straight out the river and our cheese cured appetizer that was baked when it should have been fried. Our weighter was great. Seemed to be the only one working.

Honestly great establishment the service is great, the food I ordered came out hot and the beer was cold. Me and my wife were pleasantly surprised at how calm the atmosphere of the restaurant was even when it was busy. Would highly recommend checking them out Tyler was awesome to talk too.

Didn’t eat. Just had a casual pint. Bartender was super knowledgeable of ALL of the different beers they offered. Amazing selections! Great service. We’ll be back. Atmosphere was super cool. Just an incredible list of beers from all over. Very cool place.

Best hotel bar I think I’ve visited. Great craft beer selection. Lots of beers that are hard to find in indiana were on draft here. Also, you could buy rare beers to take home if you don’t want to have a drink at the bar. They had a decent soft pretzel. Their fries weren’t good, but they had a nice Buffalo chicken wrap. The staff were super friendly.

Great beer selection, food was decent. We sat at the bar and were the only customers for a bit. The bartender would look at my partner’s glass periodically and ask if he wanted another drink. Never once did he look at mine or ask me. I had to make efforts to get his attention to order a drink. Same thing happened a second time. When he brought my partner’s beer, my partner even asked if he would bring me a drink. He took my glass, set it on the back counter and proceeded to ask multiple people if they wanted anything instead of helping me. I finally asked about my drink and he replied that I could come behind the counter and make it. It was completely disrespectful, so we paid and left. He got a crappy tip for a crappy attitude.
