Over the phone order for delivery. Employee was very nice and direct. Was told about an 1 hr to 1 1/2hr for delivery, it was delivered in about 30 mins. Awesome. Two med pizza plus delivery not bad pricing at all. The pizza was good and toppings were plentiful.

We owned a very popular pizza parlor for 18 years. Everyone raved about it. Today we tried your pizza and wings. I have to say my wife and I finished a large Bulldog and small order of wings. Both were very good. If I can tell you the dough is a little thin so add more weight to make it fluffier. Next add more seasoning and Oregano to the sauce and put a little more on the pizza to make it less dry. Improving the quality and charge a little more will drive more customers.

Food was good. Absolutely love the ranch. However the people always working are rude, or come off as though you are bothering them. Girls chilling, and not paying attention. I haven’t had any problem the few times I have ordered from here, and everything is done by the time I get there. Just the customer service is not very professional.

Service is a mess I called and was hung up on. Called back put on hold 3 times was told there was a note on my number that I couldn’t order pick up. For a not picked up order. Which is not true. Girls taking the orders are super rude! They have no customer service skills at all. I called to order, they said to call back in 30 minutes, I did then they told me they weren’t taking orders. When I told them I would leave a bad review they simply just said so, okay bye! No problem I’ll take my service elsewhere!

Best pizza in the central valley for the price. The other chains are gross. The Madera Pacifica Pizza has been our go-to stop anytime we pass along hwy-99. Just keep your order simple and have them read it back to you. Then check before you leave.

I have been buying at this place for the past 13 years, and pizza is always delicious. Actually their pizzas got better these past months which makes the pizza one of the greatest!! . You have to try it yourself. The price is right for it’s great quality, compared to other pizzas in town. The Pacifica salad is always fresh. I don’t know why the negative reviews possibly the other pizza competitors trying to make them look bad. If the place is bad as the comments above then why so many people on the phones taking orders, and inside the store etc? . There wouldn’t be 15 employees working at the same time. People must understand that this says that the place has so much demand because its good!!!
