To me, this is the kind of pizza I like. It is the first time I picked up pizza from La Roma. The toppings were plenty, it was hot when it was handed to me, and the cost is affordable. The pizza isn’t greasy which I absolutely love. What would make it the best pizza ever?
The dough is quite flavorless, it needs to be more fermented. I don’t know if I got a fresh batch of dough, but I prefer my crust to have that yeasty flavor.

They put the cup char pepperoni underneath the sauce which completely prevents the pepperoni from being able to cup and char… which is the whole point… Other than that the pizza is fine, the sauce is very chunky and tastes like a meat sauce for spaghetti more than a pizza sauce.

>20 minutes for a pepperoni pizza. 2 door-dashers got their orders before me—this being several boxes. Also no hair net or non-slip shoe in sight, the whole kitchen kinda looked dirty. Lady taking orders was nice.

Ordered once for pick up, ordered in person the second time. Both orders produced beautiful pizzas, and one heck of a cannoli. The wait times were similar, ~10 min and g2g. The food is delicious, fresh ingredients, well made. I’ve been in the area a few years now, wish I tried this place sooner.

This is one of the best pizza places I’ve ever been in! The cheesy bread was the best cheesy bread Ive ever had, and I have had a lot of that in my my life! I recommend the cheese pizza too. It has the right amount of cheese and sauce. All of the workers were so friendly and inside it is a nice little place. It is very clean but not many people eat in so it is kind of lonely. Water is pretty cheap too. Definitely recommend!!

La Roma has the best pizza in Garner and it’s not even a debate. If you’re considering ordering from anywhere else just stop right now and get La Roma, because you’ll be happy every time. I recommend the cheeseburger pizza, the wings and calzones are also great. Of course, the ranch is also top tier!

Tried this restaurant for the first time based on Google reviews and photos. The pizzas I picked up did not meet those standards. Toppings only in the center and not much cheese. This was disappointing and I can’t say I’d be back.

Gave this place another shot and the pizza was bland, dry, and just not good. We got the cheeseburger pizza and a cheese with sausage. Both looked microwaved and dry and tasted the same.

I love going to La Roma’s because the food is always fresh and made to order. They’re consistent and the owner always acknowledges me by name. I usually go here because its right by my job, but it’s definitely a place I’d bring my family hands down. Fresh ingredients, and great customer service!

I had my order delivered today. Somewhat disappointing. I live less than 2 miles away and when the pizza arrived it was not hot. I gave a tip and the delivery charge combined was almost $10, it should have been HOT.
