I’m massively disappointed. 3 times now, yesterday being the last straw, my order has been wrong and I have paid a LOT of money for not getting my food. It could be my fault for ordering a lot of food, but every time, it’s missing. We got an 8 pc combo, tell me why we only got 6 pieces of chicken and no large fries like requested? On top of that, I ordered a a tender combo and didn’t get the drink and I ordered bacon twists and did not receive it. I should have checked the bag before leaving, but I did not. I was even talking to the guy handing me the food about how demanding kids can be and I wanted to make sure there was no cheese on the bacon twist. Only to go home and not have the bacon twist. I know it’s fast food and not healthy, but in this economy to have this as a persistent issue is not ok. There was no line, no one else around, it was 8:50 PM at night, like, how does this problem keep happening?? The time before this, when I brought up they were missing my items the guy argued with me that I never asked for them. Like yes I did. It was even on the receipt. Why the argument!? 3 times though, I’m out. I like KFC food, but I’m incredibly disappointed and really peeved about the service here.

I just picked up mike to go order….. They screwed up the order.And when I called him on it, he threw a five dollar bill at me and told me I was acting like a jerk. I just wanted a Mac and cheese bowl dude was clearly in a bad mood. I was very understanding about the screwup.

This place is horrible.service terrible.manager has attitude..I would never talk to anyone the way he did. So I went there less than 1 month ago drive through..order my honey BBQ wings combo drove home about 30 mins to find order was wrong. Call up spoke to manager that same night and said when you come next time I will give you what you ordered. I went less than a month and was told that he is not replacing my meal. I was not happy. I wrote a letter to corporate and still not heard from them. What a horrible experience

We picked up a 12pc family meal. Ordering, prep, and pick up were smooth. The chicken tasted too salty compared to other times. In general it was reasonably good.

Worst store ever. We were standing waiting for ten minutes with no one taking our order they were just walking around doing nothing. They only came to help as we were walking out. You deserve no star but had no choice so I could leave a review. You lost a customer.

Greatly improved. Ordered a five piece chicken tender meal with lemonade. For $9 and tax received 5 chicken tenders, decent size coleslaw, small fries, a biscuit and for me what was a large lemonade. I have to tell you out of all the chicken chain restaurants Kentucky Fried Chicken is still the best. This location has improved immensely went to the drive-thru it was fast they were courteous and the food was fresh and hot. Will definitely be back.

I’m not a big fast food person. But I was gravening KFC. I have not been here in about 15 years. I was pleasantly surprised. I bought the 4 piece meal. It came to $12.80. It was very good. It was fresh and hot, and the breast was very meaty. Sorry, no pictures. I would come here again when I am in the mode not to eat healthy. It was very good

I ordered chicken tenders because that was named and pictured on a display about 4 ft away from the order counter and I didn’t want to deal with chicken on the bone. I said chicken tenders to the cashier.
The cashier spoke with a softer voice than the sound level of the ambient music
She put the order in as chicken pieces
When leaving I tried to discuss this with the manager, and tried to get him to understand that the cashier didn’t place the order correctly.
He made sure to tell me he didn’t care — that he wasn’t paid enough to care
I didn’t say anything rude in response but he told me to say whatever was on my mind
I didn’t respond because it seemed he was trying to start a fight
I won’t ever return to that location

I tried an online order and called, the lady was rude who answered the phone. She kept saying I was frustrated when I was talking in the most calm voice possible asking a generic question if they even participate in the promo I was asking about. She kept blaming corporate and was pushy and rude. If you dont want to work in customer service than don’t help people and work somewhere else.
