Urban Chopz is serving up a unique take on Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwiches offering large meat portions on their delicious sandwiches the French baguettes are perfectly soft and flaky. Prices seem a bit high for banh mi sandwiches but the portions certainly help make up for that price difference.

I have driven by this shop so many times and finally stopped in today. The sandwiches are so good! I had the shrimp and teriyaki sandwich with the creme brulee dessert. I ate it all within a 5 minute window because it was so delicious. I will definitely be stopping in again to try something different! Please, Please, Please, stop in and try their amazing food!!!

The prices might seem a bit on the higher side, but the food is totally worth it. I tried the Thai chili shrimp and pork Banh mi, and every ingredient really came through. The balance of spice and sweetness was spot on and made the whole thing super enjoyable.

There are about 8 parking spots right outside of the restaurant. Everything is self serve, you order and pay at the counter first, so no service for the guests
For the portion vs. cost, it’s definitely great value. There are plenty of seats on the inside if you don’t want to take it to-go and eat in the car. The interior needs a little freshen up for sure. Other ways, it’s solid for a fast food spot

Great prices and portions! Really pleased by this sandwich shop. I got the urban pork sandwich and my wife and kid got the vermicelli options and everybody said five stars for this place. Super yummy Vietnamese sandwich shop. The creme brulee dessert was also perfect texture

Decided to stop by this local restaurant today with a friend of mine. The last taking our order was a little short with her answers when my friend was asking questions about the drinks, (do they come with the meal and if not what’s the price). Now it could have been the language barrier but it would make it easier for customers if the prices were displayed. All she answered was the top row was more than the row under it and the row at bottom you need ID. We both got the fried chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Next time I’ll ask to fry my bacon hard, I don’t like flimsy bacon.

When you drop a car off to be fixed and suddenly you’re a pedestrian in a utterly non-pedestrian place, the universe always guides you to the most beautiful places. As i left my car at the Auburn Foreign and Domestic Auto Repair Shop, I let my feet guide me along the busy Auburn Way, eventually leading me here, to Urban Chops. Something intrigued me about its humble exterior and slightly unusual name, and trusting my gut I entered. By recommendation of an employee, I ordered the crispy chicken and bacon banh mi. Now, I don’t know if it’s even possible to make friend chicken, bacon, bread, and pickled veges taste bad, but this sandwich was utterly delicious. As my first meal of the day, my desperately hungry stomach welcomed the beautiful mesh of crispy meats and soft bread and refreshing vegetables with utmost enthusiam.
Good restaurant, try it out.

It’s more than bahn mi. It’s an experience. Honestly I don’t even really have words. It’s just so good. So good. I got the honey peppered bacon and egg and the crispy chicken and bacon sandwiches.
