Shout out to Jennalee at the Zephyrhills Longhorn restaurant in Florida. She was very personable and attentive. Our meals were fantastic. The ribeye was perfectly cooked and tasty. I opted to get the Cowboy Pork Chops. Glad I did ! In my opinion they were better than a steak. The desert The Chocolate Stampede was absolutely fabulous. Enough to share and or bring home.

So this was our first time stopping at this new location and we are definitely sold. Our server which I forgot her name ♂️ was wonderful.. our steak and shrimp were absolutely perfect.. the music could be slightly lower especially if your under a speaker but over all we loved our experience

Sorry but the manager is a rude person our waitress jasmine was so nice and a good person. I had to send my steak back and when i received it back it was still rare. I had ordered a medium rare steak. A medium rare steak is 135 degree internal. I was told that its how they cook there medium rare. I dint know there was more than one other than a 135 degree internal. Aint worth it. Manager should lose her job and jasmine should take over. Manager was so stuck up. I am completely fed up

We went to the New Longhorns in Zepherhills tonight around 6pm, we signed up on their online check in. It told us approximately 35 min wait and to see the host hwen we arrived. We arrived 20 min later but never did receive confirmation by text that we are on wait list. When we arrived they said we would then be put on wait, so why did we wait list online if we still were not on it until we arrived. This sustem needs a little work.
Once our name was called we were given a seat that was clean and comfortable. With in 2 min of being seated Amanda arrived to welcome us to Longhorns and ask if we wanted drinks. We order our beveages and she then asked if we wanted anything as a starter. We declined. About 3 min later Amanda arrived with our drinks and a loaf of their bread. She asked then if we ready to order.
We gave her our order and she left. She came back about 5 min later will a refill of my beverage, even with out me asking. That always impresses me when dining out. Shows she is attentive and is wanting to make my experience positive.
10 min later she brought our salads out and both of our salads were fresh, and tasty woth crisp lettuce.
As we finished our salads, it was about 10 min or so the staff arrived with our dinner. My wife had tenders and fries, the fries came hot and crispy, and very tasty. My wife said, “wow, thats even better then Cheddars”.
I had ribs and baked potatoe, loaded. The ribs we succulent and hot, very tender as well. Unfortunatly the baked potatoe was underwhelming, the potatoe was warm at best bot hot, the sour cream and shredded cheese was very very scarce and I was disappointed.
My friend ate here a few days ago and told me that their potatoe was about the same. Warm and skimpy on the “Loaded”
Overall I believe Amanda did amazing for a new job as a server at Longhorns. She was attentive, friendly, constantly chearful and always smiled. The food with the exception of the Potatoe was great.
We hope to get a chance to try it again before we head home to Canada in April.
Our total bill was $50.88 I felt that to eat out for 2 and have a great tasting meal that was great value.

We had a delightful anniversary dinner here. We split a meal and we’re well satisfied with the portions steak and shrimp! Our server Lewis was wonderful, personable, friendly and efficient we will ask for him next time we go and we will go. We enjoyed the whole evening very much have no reserves about recommending the place food or people. Well satisfied on all levels

Went for a late afternoon meal, wonderful service and great food. Wait was over an hour (on a Sunday) , but we used the online “queue” and only waited for about 10 minutes at the restaurant. Cocktails were delicious- and we took the server’s suggestion to get “Longpours” and it was worth it. Recommend for a date or nice meal out

We came here to celebrate an event. So we figure we’d give this new Longhorn steakhouse a try. They DID NOT disappoint. We got on waitlist to be seated before leaving house. Time was 35-40. Drive there check in a hostess station she said 2 parties ahead probably another 10-15 minute. Okay no problem. She called us about 7 minutes later. We was given menus and told server would be by in a minute. I guess the waitress who’s area we was in was busy but another waitress got our drink order and appetizer order. Drinks was brought quickly. Our waitress then brought appetizer within 5-10 minutes. Great. She took our order. Refilled drink. Stopped back by our table told us our food would be out in a minutes ask if we need anything else. Refilled drinks. Brought another loaf of bread. Brought food out ask if we need steak sauce/ketchup etc. Came back by a few minutes to make steak was cook to our preferences. Refilled drink. Asked if we wanted anything. Manager stopped by table ask how the meal was going. Excellent! Waitress stopped by a few more times. Brought to go boxes since we was stuffed. Waitress brought check. We forgot to mention the free appetizer. No problems she went to POS computer and took it off and brought back new check. Took card cashed us out. Brought card back. Overall best experience dining out in a long long time.

Katrina our waitress was great, knowledgeable of menu and let us know what was out. Kept our water glass filled and drinks and food sent on time, with a timely matter.
Dinner lamb chops made to perfection, food presentation outstanding. Baby back ribs fell off bones and was tasty.
Only down fall was the bread it was hard like a rock.

We went yesterday for resurrection day, and our server was Ms. Angel. She was pleasant, friendly, and speedy with all our requests. Very clean and beautiful setup. My husband and I had the outlaw ribeye… delicious perfectly grilled. Our children all had burgers. We ended with the cheesecake, and it was amazing! Thank you for a great 1st experience at your establishment….
